Do you do comissions/ art trades?
If what I'm contributing is a spell, I will generally be happy to do a commision or a trade.

In your video breaking down all the spells in the anime trailer you question why the whirling wind sigils on the Pegasus carriage are there; is there a chance that they're there so that carriage acts like a gyroscope, to keep it from tipping over?
If this were the case, the bottom slab on the carriage or some other part of the carriage would have been visibly spinning. However, at no point do we see this happening. It's due to this that I believe this explanation to be, unfortunatley, unlikely.
Meet the Steamy Sauna Spell!
Just place the seal puck in the water and watch as it slowly converts water into soothing steam.
Using collection signs weakened by radial, the seal’s center slowly collects water from nearby and turns it into rain. Crosshair signs then allow the fire sigil to manifest within these drops, boiling them. Lastly, dispersion spreads the steam in all directions.

How do you get so confident in all the signs and parts of a spell?? i’ve been trying to come up with simple ones that would be useful in the real world and i feel like i keep falling into the same couple of bins.
How did you get comfy with the parts and coming up with more complex spells?
Honestly, it takes a lot of practice and trial and error. When I started, all of my spells were rather simple. I had to sorta "learn how to think" about magic by making spell after spell for years. Today however, there is an easier way to do things, as there are now people who can teach new spellmakers their craft. A great place to consult with me and the others who have experience is by going to the magic-discussion channel on this discord.

Introducing the washing machine spell! Just toss your dirty clothes into the water bubble and add soap!
First, the outermost spell makes a spherical region above the spell where water will reside. This is the same spell Qifrey shows Coco in chapter 53. The innermost spell, which can be found in vapor bubbles, then fills this area with water from the air, creating a bubble. Next are the two spinning spells, one clockwise and one counterclockwise. Region signs pointing in from the edges confine the spin of each spell to the space directly above them. They work together to flutter the clothes around, allowing them to wash evenly. Last are the heating spells off to the sides. They use crosshair to manifest warmth (fire weakened by radial) inside the water. This could potentially stop the vapor bubble spell from condensing water via cooling, so they should remain unlinked from the spell until the bubble forms.
Made a video analyzing the spells in the new WHA trailer!!!

Spell String
If you dip string in magic ink and tie it to itself with a sliding knot , you’ll be able to turn spells on and off with no more than a tug.
Quick demo of how sliding the rope would work and how resistant it is to slipping. The only way to accidentally activate this thing is to tug on the white end with decent force while the rest of the string is caught. I would recommend re-tightening the knot after you pull on it tho.
A spell that creates a shell of flame around you. Inspired by and based on a design by @ColorOpm on twitter. Full explanation below.
The main component of the spell is based on the water shell spell used by Coco and Agott in chapter 8. Using window signs,
ColorOpm devised a method to make the shell follow the shape of what its drawn on rather than form a sphere around it. This was the base for my design
For the sake of aiding with the explanation of this spell, each unit has been color coded below.
With the help of an aeriform sigil and cooling signs, the central spell (shaded green) produces a protective cushion of air, which, thanks to window, forms around the surface the spell is drawn on drawn on. This continually replenishing layer of cool air helps to protect whatever the spell is drawn on from the flames.
Next is the layer responsible for the fire shell (red). By adding levitation signs to ColorOpm’s spell, we make the shell float a few inches from the object, leaving room for the air cushion below. No fire sigils are present in the shell. For that, we have the outer spells.
One of the outer spells (orange) uses dispersion to produce the flames of the outer shell, these flames gently emitting from the region. The other (blue) uses gather and convergence signs to focus and contain the flame to the region of the shell
Together, the spell's components create both a focused shell of flame around whatever it’s drawn on and a gentle protective layer of air to keep the object inside it cool. Whether using to dazzle or protect from attacks, this spell is truly multipurpose.

hey check out my water spell
sketching some spells while this meeting is running way over time lol a handful are canon, most are vibes.
for some of these i tried drawing a circle without closing it all the way, and i think that's one of the hardest parts since my muscle memory likes to close em.
played around with some pen techniques under the cut, silly stuff
woven hatching is pretty relaxing
Some engineering for my Witch Hat Atelier element breathing mask! It’s designed to expel fire/water/the selected element only when the mask’s mouth is open. When closed, the spell circle is pushed down and separated from the rest of the spell. :D
