People think I’m still the same person I was years ago. I’m not. The only thing you can never really take away from someone is their character, and yes. I am still that, although a little less extreme. I no longer pine for things and people who don’t value my time and company. To differentiate between genuinity over obligation, it takes experience, and I truly do believe that you are the company you keep. I like that I am at this point in my life.

10:15pm. Working on my second essay of the day, still have two essays to edit after I write this one. They're due tomorrow, I didn't even procrastinate.

Just stumbled upon this band by chance, very pleased about it. They're exactly the type of music I like, all four members have training in Jazz but combine it with other elements. And unlike bands who name influences that are not relateable to their music, you can hear the undertones of The Beetles and Bob Dylan who they mention as sources of inspiration.
