members only have shaved or bleached hair when they are brand new or were just audited. existing members can choose to have their hair that way but growing your hair back out is considered a rite of passage and shows your ranking compared to newcomers. while out in the world, some members can be strictly monitored depending on the individual and how much of a liability they are, with high risk figures often shadowed by an official. going out is usually accompanied by a specific task, and although members may have their own downtime to do things in town, they are required to report back to their superior about everything they did and must return to the commune by a strict curfew shortly after dark.

i would love to see more shop owners around! like the owner of queen harvest, who could take forest preservation very seriously...so don't cross her and more importantly...don't mess with her bees!!
maybe a fire watch lookout who is NOT part of the cult and is just trying to get through the day to day weirdness without getting roped into the cult's deeds!
maybe a stable hand at the horse rescue! they could live in the sweep and live more of a farm lifestyle too.
would love to also see the astronomer at the starwatch observatory! not affiliated with the andromeda watch but perhaps could be taking an issue with them to trying to recruit them!

i understand the anxiety! but we are definitely super welcoming to new people. plus, we’ve actually only been open for a week, so we’re all still just getting settled and figuring things out together. nobody has been here long enough for there to really be any "new kids on the block", so it’s honestly the perfect time to jump in and join us while we're still just getting started!
