This is something that is heavily debatable depending on who you ask. Most people, given he's always seem with women and allowing them to flirt with him, would tell you that Dickson is wholeheartedly straight without a doubt in their mind. However, especially with how oddly touchy and flirtatious he behaves around men, others will tell you that there isn't a single straight bone in this man's body with the most serious expression ever. Dickson was created to be able to go both ways due to not truly knowing what he, himself, wants out of a partner — it's just that he's been conditioned to believe women are the preferred choice and isn't aware he's allowed to choose a man for a partner if he so desires to do so.
Dickson is not good with social cues. ✓
Dickson, is indeed, terrible with social cues. Not because he doesn't actually understand them, but because he preforms based on experience and thus often expresses the wrong thing in an inappropriate situation. he, himself, cannot feel emotions and such the way that others do, thus he often makes things awkward or uncomfortable (a signature feature being he's always smiling or laughing).
Dickson uses the word "fuck" like a comma. ✕
Not in the slightest. Dickson actually rarely, if ever, swears/curses due to the simple fact that he deems it unnecessary. He believes that swearing/cursing is something that should only be done in aggressive or aggravating situations that would cause one's rationality to go out the window. Granted he will sometimes swear/curse himself, but this is only done either out of genuine frustration or because he's trying to copy his friends/squadmates to show that he feels how they do (or tries to feel how they do).
Dickson tells dad jokes. ✓
Dickson absolutely LOVES dad jokes because he thinks they are the funniest thing in the world due to his humor being very childish and inexperienced (thanks to his grandfather never allowing him to do anything other than work). If someone were to tell him a dad joke, he would be 100% entertained by that person and eventually try to repeat said joke to someone else.
Dickson has chronic nightmares. ✓
Sadly, due to all of the horrific things that Dickson has endured, he suffers from chronic nightmares and thus is afraid to actively sleep, especially in complete darkness. He's terrified of falling asleep and waking up only to realize that everything was a dream and he's still his grandfather's experiment, thus when he does sleep, it's always extremely light and he makes sure to keep his back to the wall. Otherwise, Dickson does not actively sleep and this begins to show through irritability over time.
Enigma will go feral. Watch out. ✓
Yes, Enigma will indeed go feral on someone if they really do something to deserve it, otherwise she is extremely reserved. The best way to make this happen is by hurting Dickson or anyone else that she cares about (peeping at Laughtrack for this one too). She will not hesitate to kill someone and she will not show mercy.
Enigma forgets to eat sometimes. ✓
Enigma forgets to eat on a regular basis due to always being so absorbed in whatever work she's handling, in fact, this happens so often that Dickson often has to set reminders on her phone for her. They usually consist of silly little hand drawn characters with the words "remember to eat!"
Enigma can kill you in an instant, but wont. ✓
She most definitely can and will kill you instantly whenever she wants, thus she prefers to toy with the emotions of her targets by not immediately killing them. In her mind, dying only truly begins when you start to feel the crushing weight of anxiety start to squeeze the air from you lungs to the point you start doubting everything and everyone. Only when she has deemed one has suffered enough will she finally kill them.
Enigma has an incredible spice tolerance. ✕
Nope. Enigma actually can't stand spicy things and has never been able to stomach them even as a small child unlike her younger brother. While she can withstand small amounts of spice, she cannot eat anything over a singular level of spiciness, otherwise she will actively cry (eyes watering, nose running, lip quivering, and some soft whining) about the food being too hot.
Enigma is awful with technology and doesn't know how to use a smart phone. ✓ / ✕
Enigma is bad with technology such as high tech computers and security panels, but she does know how to use a smart phone, granted she prefers old fashioned flip phones as they are easier for her to use. Usually Dickson is the one who handles anything tech based for Enigma whenever she heads out on one of her various missions.
