OH MY DAAAAYYYSSS LOOK AT THE BABIEEESS
The one thing I will say to new Lost Boys fans who came into the fandom through the musical besides welcome is- please watch the movie! Do not dismiss it just because it was made in the 80s and seems corny (though it is, somewhat). The musical did a fantastic job expanding on things only brushed or referenced in the movie, but the movie is still incredible. There is a deep complexity to it. The original cast contains some of the most famous actors of the day, the bonds formed through that movie were iconic and well known, the soundtrack was revered, and the special effects and costuming were revolutionary for Hollywood. Pleade do not dismiss the movie! Watch it! It's incredible, it's wonderful, and it's addicting. DO NOT DISMISS STAR AND MICHAEL AS 2D!! The actors put so much work into representing them as complex and beautiful, and they really are. So love the musical- I know I adore it! But I deeply recomend watching the source material. After all, the actors from the musical didn't start from scratch.
On that note, RIP Brooke McCarter and Corey Haim 💗
hey, were you having a dream, were you? was it a goody?

For new witches:
You don’t have to accept everything you’re told, your journey is yours to create. Don’t feel pressured to label yourself or fit into someone else’s idea of what a witch should be. Trust your instincts, explore what resonates with you and remember that your craft is deeply personal and will evolve over time.
Simple Ways to Practice Magick Everyday
Say a small prayer or do a short meditation before you get out of bed in the morning.
Write down dreams or visions you had.
Stir your first cup of coffee or tea counterclockwise to banish negativity and bad luck or clockwise to bring positive energy.
Draw daily tarot or oracle cards (you can also use a pendulum) for guidance.
Cleansing yourself and home using sound or smoke.
Ancestor or spirit offerings
Pick out your clothes, shoes, jewelry... ect with intention.
Write a sigil or petition paper and burn it.
Take a ritual shower. You can spice it up with candles, herbs, and crystals, or you can simply step under the water and imagine all the negativity and bad energy washing off you. You can also recite a chant.
Every time you look into the mirror, say an affirmation
Take a walk outside and ground yourself to Mother Earth.
Dance!! Dancing is an excellent way to rise the energy, and it helps with opening the sacral and solar plexus chakra and getting in touch with the inner child.
tip jar
Hey, don't be afraid of things that challenge your faith. Seriously, don't.
Either they'll give you a new perspective on things, or you'll become more secure and confident in your current beliefs. But avoiding the hard questions leaves you in an echo chamber with half-baked ideas and an insecurity in yourself. Step out of your comfort zone so you have room to grow.
