How Sway, HOW???

Now, I'm going to break down the #HOW. The 'how' forces you to think through your business processes.

Don't just ask yourself these questions, but #writedown every step of thier answers.

 • How does a customer initiate contact with your business?

 • How does your business service or product go from start to finish for a customer?

 • How does your customer receive the finished service or product?

 • How are you going to determine what to charge for your service or product?

 • How are you going to spread the word about your business?

Those are just a few of the 'how' questions you need to consider. The deeper you dive into understanding your business, the more 'how' questions you will be able to answer.
