Losing weight is easy for some, keeping it off though.. mannn that’s a different story .

Similar to a lot of people, he grew up fat got bullied and lost weight as he got older . It was the most confident he’d ever been, he was actually satisfied with himself at this point of his life.

It just takes a few slip ups, cheat days, or a few “I’ve been doing so good I deserve a treat” for you to balloon back to the embarrassing whale that he was so terrified to be again. But even that wasn’t enough to scare him from his cravings. His self control wasn’t enough either. He took one too many days off the gym until he just stopped.. now the only crunches he does are Captain for breakfast 🥣 and Nestlé in the evening. 🍫

He eventually admits to being a food addict so he was pretty much doomed from the start. It didn’t matter how hard he tried, how much he lost or how healthy he ate cause he would regain it all back and be the same pig he was always meant to be.

He is currently trying to lose weight again but we’ll see how that goes..
