🥴Getting dumber! Train yourself to be dumber by noticing any complex thoughts and cutting them short. Only let yourself linger on food, sex. So other thoughts should be so simple you can still them up in a simple sentence. If you notice yourself having thoughts like that, think about food instead. Replacing your thoughts like this is hard, but it does work over time!
🍔 Become addicted to food! Eat something yummy any time you have a negative feeling and linger on the hit of dopamine as much as you can. Praise yourself, either in your head, or our loud every single time you eat something fattening. It might feel silly, but this helps build up three need to eat. The go to "good piggy," will do, but "this will make me nice and fat," "good girl," "good job" and any other variation will work just as well!
🫃 Never be hungry! Any time you feel the tiniest bit of room in your belly, fill it. If you don't, you might have to feel the discomfort of hunger, and discomfort can make your brain more active, making it harder to be ruined. Remember to praise yourself every time you top up your appetite
🥱Take it easy! Because discomfort makes your brain active, and less ruined, make your life as comfortable as possible. Use the elevator, park close to the building, wear loose clothes, recline your seat, take breaks. Try to avoid all difficulty, with one exception: the discomfort the last rule will cause you
🍯 Fully link sex and food. Sex shouldn't exist outside of fat and food for you. No matter how horny you are, you aren't allowed to touch yourself, unless you're either completely stuffed, or actively eating. Only a little full? Better eat more. 🛒Get a hand cart- you can load these small dollies up with goodies to save on the calories burned and muscles worked moving piles of snacks to your bedroom. It'll also save calories when you bring in groceries!
🧊 An old feedee of mine came up with this advanced tip- set up mini appliances by your bedside. Whatever suits you best- be it a mini fridge, microwave, toaster or whatever else. There should be room for one to four if you can stack them, and this can let you spend your morning gorging on diverse processed treats before moving your fat, bloated body at all
🌡️You can chug more when you wake up if it's room temperature, so if you do set up a mini fridge, leave your mindnight chugging drink outside of the fridge
🧉🍹If you slam your drink and still wake up with room in your belly, why not set up a second the next night? If you end up not drinking it, you just have something to wake up for

How to become massive
This will be a quick overview over how to become massive. This will be a rather scientific approach on how to increase white adipose tissue growth (i.e., fat gain), slow down metabolism and decrease muscle gain.
The 10 commandments:
1. Have a high-carb and low-protein breakfast. This will keep you hungry during the day.
2. Don't have breakfast within the first hour after waking, so your body will be more likely to store energy in the form of fat.
3. Try to build the majority of your diet on carbs. Carbs are highly likely to turn into fat, while proteins and fats are less likely. This is because they trigger a different hormonal response
4. Don't consume too much garlic, caffeine, green tea and spinach, since they contain nutrients that will increase fat burn
5. Fruits are fine, they can actually help you gain weight because of insoline spikes
6. Rest 15-30 minutes before eating. This is so your muscle cells close and don't absorb/burn much of the energy
7. Don't shower or bathe cold, don't swim regularly and put on warm clothes during winter. Cold exposure not only burns a lot of calories, your body will actually form brown fat tissue, which is a kind of fat designed to burn fat for warmth
8. Dig into dairy products and white grains (e.g., wheat-products) for an increase in fat gain
9. Have 2-3 high-calorie meals during the day and add snacks in-between as you wish.
10. Sweetness is your friend, no matter if sugar or artificial sweeteners
Following these 10 commandments will make it almost impossible to not gain weight. Combine this with a lot of stuffing and a high caloric excess (e.g., eating 5000+ calories per day) and you will presumably be putting on several pounds per week.
