Hello all!! Chubby Anthology Volume 5: Mermaids is out on preorder! Two of my illustrations are featured in it along with many talented illustrators and comic artists! The softcover book is $20 and comes with some bonus prints and buttons (the third one from left to right is mine :D), and the PDF file is pay what you want! Mermaids Now Available!

Hello, I just wanted to let everyone know that the Mermaid Charity Zine is now open. The PDF is “pay what you want” with a minimum of at least $5 all going to charity. The book is $25 with tons of goodies that will be sent to you once the pre-orders are done. All the profits will be going to ActBlue: Supporting Kids at the Boarder.

Patreon excitement!

Yep, you heard that right!  We are now doing monthly themes and I can't wait to tell you the theme. 

But first here are some details:

Comic Pages Allowed: 1 page

Illustrations Allowed: 1 page

We will also be featuring artists on Patreon as well. One lucky person will be the Spotlight Artist which will mean they will be on the cover and have prints be made of there work to send out to Patreon.

The Chubby Anthology Patreon page will belong to the artist and serve as a way to build funds to pay the artist more.  Our plan is starting to pay the artist once they submit vs waiting for books to sell. Our goal to pay the artist more for the hard work they put into this anthology.

Charity Announcement

For Vol. 5 Mermaids we decided to make it a charity zine which was TBT by the artist. Well, we finally took a vote and decided on charities.

The winning charity is ActBlue: Supporting Kids at the Boarder.

It's finally time to post the Stand-Alone Illustrators list. Everyone that applied was amazing and it was hard to narrow it down to just this list. Hey there! Just wondering the status of Vol. 4 arriving. :)

We are looking close to end of June if not in a few weeks. I am working as fast as I can but we had a small fixed issue in production.

Will we get an email if we did not get in?

You will get a message on the preferred social media. Be on the lookout. The comic artist is about to go first and then the illustrators will be notified on or after the 15th.

will the contributors of volume 4 receive anything for their work?

Once we figure out the cost of everything, including the shipping, which was estimated but not actual. We will then go from there.

Hello! any updates on the anthology decision? I'm not trying to rush but i notice the artist list goes out when i have top surgery so i would love to plan ahead. i would love to be in this especially since mermaids are my jam! i worry i might miss checking my email due to the preparations. thank you!

The comic artist list is going out today. I made a mistake on the form and didn’t get emails, therefore we been working hard on figuring this all out. Either you will be notified on social media in a message or you will see your name on the list. Either way is on the lookout for either. Also, Illustrators list will be going ou after the 15, we did a little change but nothing that will affect the schedule from here on out. Thank you.
