Environmental showdown at the Camden opera house.
Battle of the Ages
Pandora's Promise
That was the first movie I truly enjoyed during this festival. What an amazing movie. Everything about it was perfect. That made this whole week great. Wow. So worth it. Wow. That was great. New favorite movie
Dinner for the night.
This whole trip has been a complete joke. Last night they gave each of us a slice of pizza for dinner and tonight this? This is absolutely ridiculous, I'd get better food if I was at Unity, and we all know how bad that food is
Will for the Woods Part 2
Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of a green burial, just I didn't like that movie one bit
A Will for the Woods
That movie was fucked. The directors are sickos. Who the hell wanted to film a movie like that just to get people to have green burials. That's fucked up. I didn't like a minute of that but I had to sit through the whole thing for this stupid class. Fucked in the head those people are who filmed that. And here goes the Q&A with them....

FUCK EVERYTHING BECOMEA PIRATE
Journey To The End Of The World (via michaelfroehly)
Harlan County USA
What to say about that movie. It was good… for it’s day. But I had trouble staying with it in this day and age. I can see why it was groundbreaking when it came out. I liked the scene with the men riding the conveyer belt down to work. That showed the men’s high spirits during troubling times
Expedition to the End of the World
Q&A session with the director. A Danish guy who loves nature, Mozart and Metallica. This guys the man. Props to him. What a great film. Gotta love a good nature flick. Beautiful landscapes throughout the entire film. Beautiful beautiful
Unity represent!!!
Big Men
That movie was too long. It had a very interesting topic but I thought some of the camera work was kind of boring. I liked the shots of the Kosmos executives and their computer screens behind them with the ugly pictures of oil rigs as their backgrounds, burning oil. Those shots were really cool and showed the difference between oil men, or big men, and normal humans
Wine and Teeth playing before the screening

Remote Area Medical
Wow, what a crazy film. It’s incredible coming from an affluent area of the United States to see people from another area who can’t afford to get simple medical procedures. The filming of this movie was done great. My favorite shots and some that were the most effective were the shots of poor people surrounded by one of the biggest highest grossing sport complexes, and sports, in the world. This contrast really highlighted the problems in rural America.
Points North
This was my favorite part of the festival so far. It was really great to see the early side of the the documentary. It was also cool to see prepared pitch versus an unprepared pitch
you gotta be ready when you get that chance to make your pitch. can’t be fumbling over your words and not efficiently answering the questions. evoke your emotions with your words. show some passion. make ‘em want to give you their money.
