01 . inside their pockets ▔
back pocket always carries his wallet — a black armani wallet that cost him $ 250 , & his black iphone 8 plus without a case . front pockets are maintained throughout the day , ash really hates carrying unnecessary weight — but typically he’ll have airpods , spearmint gum , a lanyard with his car / dorm keys . always makes a note to grab a multi - tool leatherman anytime he has to go off campus . blistex . a juul . ( cucumber or tobacco ) , often seen carrying a gym bag where he’ll keep extras like chargers , advil , polysporin , a535 , bandages & protein powder .
06 . bedside table drawer ▔
right beside his bedside table always sits a baseball bat , without a weapon for self defense nearby ash cannot fall asleep . buried underneath a tablet & a few football magazines is a picture of his ex that he feels too ashamed to keep out but he relishes in at least twice a day . he’ll also keep spare chargers , school supplies , a flashlight , portable battery & two l.a kings shot glasses . a photostrip taken in a booth with his little sister , dylan . loose leather bracelets . a container of travel mix .
mainly his textbooks , it’s not a huge shelf & ash likes to listen to audiobooks more , mainly easily digestible fictional mysteries . nothing gratuitous , but gripping . what does make it on his shelf are self help books , specifically the you are a badass series . the iliad & the odyssey . all of his binders with all of the notes he’s taken or essays written . a framed picture of him & his family taken two years before the killings . anyone close who’ve fallen have their obituary cards on display .
18 . secret hiding spot ▔
ash doesn’t have a singular hiding spot but various places to hide certain things . a container full of joints is tucked at the furthest corner underneath his bed . a lighter in a pair of boots . keeps a spare gym bag in his trunk for his liquor & hides a bottle in his freezer behind some frozen dinners for those nights . his prom crown is wrapped in a black trash bag in his trunk . condoms & lube are also kept in his trunk , he’s not comfortable getting intimate surrounded by so many of his loved ones memories . he has a memory box on his dresser designated to all of those he’s lost : ticket stubs , pictures , stuffed animals . things they’d lost at his house before it all happened .
