What book is that? /Pouts/ I wanna read it, because there’s no way that’s true, so there might be other stuff in it that’s also not true!

Yeah, I guess so…but I don’t know why he always tries to go into the ruins when he knows he shouldn’t! /Scowls/ And it’s dumb, because he doesn’t even carry a real sword with him! Oh, but that’s a secret!♪

What kind of silly question is that, sis? Of course I like him! If I didn’t like him, we probably wouldn’t be friends anymore. Even if he sometimes doesn’t think before he does things, he’s still really super nice and a very good friend!

Oh. I meant if you actually like him, like in the books describe it... *Tries to remember what the book said exactly* I read it somewhere... When you like someone you're very fond of and it is mutual, is called Love? Which means... You and Marco are dating? *Eyes open up a bit* You and Marco are in love?!

/Shakes her head/ No, I wasn’t…well, I was earlier, but he said he was hungry, so I made him some lunch. But when I went to bring it to him, he was asleep! So I left it there for him, and went outside.

Yep!♪ Marco and I played a lot today! And it’s a good thing too… /puffs out her cheeks/ I had to stop him from doing dumb things!

The word ‘hungry’ was the most recognizable to Pete, being the glutton he was. He shook his head, feeling guilty as it seemed he had made the strange woman upset.

"The Pete doesn’t need any help. And did you say you were hungry?"

Cinnamon nodded softly, taking half her energy away. Her stomach continued to grumble furiously and not to mention the cut in her leg made it twice as worse. Maybe next time she'll take some sort of transportation instead of walking...

"Cinnamon, huh? That’s unique — can’t say I’ve met anyone named that before. But I like it!" Owen replied promptly, setting down his fishing rod in order to lean back and tilt his head so her facial features became clearly visible. Immediately, he noticed her dashing eye color which resembled close to a ruby. "—? Oh, I didn’t mean here at this farm. I saw a guy out here tilling the fields earlier." He wondered about why this strange and mysterious young girl struggled completing a sentence without pausing. Of course, she must’ve been the introverted type, and the polar opposite would have to adjust like in every social engagement. "That huge tree? Oh man, I saw the size of that thing — I never knew trees could grow so tall. Anyways, I get where you’re talking now.” He nodded comprehensibly until the notion of the levitating island spilled from her pursed lips. “A floating island? Are you serious? I didn’t notice that when I got here… well, I didn’t actually look into the sky.” Above them currently were tree limbs still adorned with leaves, soon to fall as the wintertime arrived.

Cinnamon was confused for a second. He saw it? How? But... They're not at... The pinkette quickly looked around and noticed... She was in her own hometown. "... Oh I forgot... I was here..." She shook her head and quickly looked up at the man. "Sometimes you can't see it... It's mostly on... Sunny days. Or when there is no... Clouds around." Cinnamon turn her head to the direction of the clock tower... "I live there." She pointed at the tower, next to the giant tree. "What bring you here...? Not many people... Come to visit." Cinnamon was indeed intrigued about the man.

The pinkette wanted to concentrate more on the conversation, so she riled up her fishing pole and set it aside, her eyes focusing on the huge man. One could easily feel embarrassed or uncomfortable by how much attention she puts into the conversation. It is indeed rare for Cinnamon to even find interest in people.

/Frowns, thinking that if she didn’t tell anyone, that nobody was aware she was gone all day, and immediately feels bad/ I hope you and Grandpa weren’t worried…

The fragile silence emitting from the young woman caused him to shiver; although he couldn’t understand why, the absence of words escaping her lips for such a prolonged amount of time stroke the man as slightly odd. Finally, once she spoke, his pursed lips changed into a genuine smirk while he responded, “That’s good.” Owen rotated his twisted body back towards the stream where his reel lazily floated. As the ginger retrieved the line, his amorous ruby colored traced over to the reserved pinkette sitting adjacent to him and casting her line into the water. He thought about the imminent awkward hush following her arrival, which brought him to the conclusion that perhaps starting conversation wouldn’t necessarily be fatal.

Moments later, he shattered the stillness with a brisk cough clearing his throat, and his comforting voice resounded, “The name’s Owen, by the way. Do you live here?” Everything can start with small talk… right?

Cinnamon was startled for a second... Again. It was peaceful and quiet until the man spoke without a warning. "... My name is Cinnamon..." Her eyes narrowed a bit. It was hard to keep a conversation really... How is she suppose to keep a decent, normal conversation going? "I... Don't live here..." The pinkette looked around for a second, feeling a bit restless. "I live... In Trampoli..." The girl felt a weird tug on the end of her lip, almost as if it wanted to form a smile. "There's a huge tree... Right in front of the Clock Tower... It's where I live" Cinnamon looked up to meet his eyes, "And you can sometimes see... A floating island in the shape of a whale." Little did Cinnamon knew that most people outside of her town would find that ridiculous.

    The autumn sun began to set across the horizon, much earlier than normal due to the season gradually changing to the bitter winter. Among Owen’s travels distant from his comfort zone and radius of Castanet, the apprentice blacksmith discovered a rural village containing an abundant presence of colored spirits in the air. Chocolate brown eyes marveled at the sight, never before witnessing this phenomena before in his lifetime.

    Although amazed, his feet eventually required rest due to the strenuous length of walking completed. The young man reached for his beginner fishing pole inside his rucksack, settling down near the crystal clear river rushing through the town. He whistled a melodious tune and moved within his position during the tranquil activity. Eventually, his peripheral vision captured the image of a young lady of amorous red hair — tied in two pigtails.

   “Oh hey! Didn’t see ya there,” Owen greeted, offering a genuine smile to outline his content demeanor. “Am I sitting in your spot? If I am, I’ll gladly move — I get how it is. ♪”

The pinkette has never enjoyed a trip as much as this one. This town really had the best scenery than most can provide, and lets not talk about the fish quality. Is brought a small smile on the girl. Her soft red eyes rested on the beautiful sunset. "... Pretty..." After a while of admiring the town, the pinkette decided to catch her meal. It took her a while to find a spot, due to the weather. "... Perfect..." Cinnamon took out her fishing rod, an intermediate one. The pinkette polished any rust forming around the wire before even casting it, she's been too busy with touring that she completely forgot to maintain her tools.

At that moment she realized she wasn't alone. "...." Her eyes narrowing at the sight of a man. Cinnamon tilted her head slightly, thinking a hundred situations and all the questions in the world in a second. Then he spoke. The pinkette could feel her shoulders lowering, the man seemed to be in good spirits, and as well as kind. "... No... You're okay..." She nodded to reassure him. Cinnamon walked slowly to his side, placing the worm bait as she sat down. She quickly scanned the water, gently casting the rod. It was hard to concentrate on fishing, when she wanted to have a conversation with the muscular man. She never really talked to anyone else other than her family, and Raguna.

It wasn’t usual for someone to be visiting the village Pete called home, let alone be lying face flat on the ground; this was the first thing Pete noted. He had been hoping to surprise and amaze the seed shop with his pumpkin seeds in a way to earn more money, but now he had to be careful. He didn’t want to fall on top of her.

Was she okay? Pete got down on his knees, poking the stranger.

Cinnamon felt something poking her head... She looked up, her cheek bleeding from a small cut. "... Hello..." She never really knew how to talk to people... She sat up very slowly, taking up most of her strength. "Can I... Help you... With something?" Was that really a question to ask?? More like she NEEDED the help! Her stomach started to grumble once more violently.

Fishes and... Tea? || Cinnamon & Vishnal

Cinnamon had always wanted to visit Selphia. She had always been curious about the magic crystals and wanted to check them out. Maybe comparing them to the ones she has. But... There's other things much more important than that right now... And that's food. Forgetting her wallet at home prevents her from buying food... So her only option is catching some fish. It never really bothered her in the first place, she enjoys fishing and eating fish more than anything!

She quickly looks around for a river, which didn't took much to find! One who seemed to be pretty close to the castle. The pinkette planted her bottom on the floor, quickly casting the fishing rod and waited patiently for a bite, all the while admiring the view of the castle. It looks a lot like the castles from the books. They way it's described, nothing comes closer than this! So a prince and princess lives there as well. "...!!" She felt a small bite on her rod, which she quickly stood up and pulled out in just a swing. "... Delicious..." A small smile appeared on her face when the fish started flopping on the ground right next to her. But a certain smell caught her attention... "... Tea..." She followed the scent and stumbled upon a blue haired man.

Her eyes widen a bit, completely forgetting the fish flopping in her hands. He sort of... Looked like, "Prince...?" The books she has read so far described the prince majestic, beautiful, basically the man in front of her. She tilted her head a little, her mind thinking more than three thoughts at a time. "... King?"

Cocktails || Cinnamon & Kathy

The pinkette girl looked around the island, taking in a huge breath before walking forward. It felt nice to finally have some time to herself... In a different place other than home. What matters is the scenery! Yes, the scenery is far more intruding than her usual home. Maybe she can even catch different fish from the usual ones too! As she walked deeper into town, she noticed a couple of villagers who seemed to be rather nice... But Cinnamon isn't exactly the social butterfly. She's rather the opposite, quiet, to herself kind of gal. 

She came to a stop when her eyes landed on the first shop around. A bar? Not really somewhere she would normally visit... But a drink wouldn't hurt. Specially on a vacation. With a gulp, the pinkette placed her hands on the door, slowly pushing them away until they were fully open. She took a quick glance around the crowd and sat near a corner. "Cocktails...." She whispered as her eyes landed on what seemed to be what everyone's been drinking. Maybe it's popular around here? Her eyes quickly landed on a beautiful blonde lady, her sharp green eyes was the first thing she noticed. "... Hello..."

... How does Cinnamon manages to get lost? Well... It somehow happened. The pinkette took a quick glance around, remembering everything she has seen so far to make sure this situation doesn't happen again... But for now, maybe getting directions will do. Cinnamon took one step, accidentally tripping over a rock. "...!!" Her face met the floor first, then the rest of her body followed. "...Oww..." Meanwhile this happened, her stomach started to growl furiously. Has it been that long since she ate? 

She tried to get up, but alas, she felt too weak... She sighed in defeat and laid there, feeling the cold floor slowly cooling her body, shivering every time the wind blew. Just her luck...

The Big Apple || Cinnamon & Karina

Getting kicked out of the General Store was bad enough. Getting kicked out and having it cold outside was just another reason she shouldn’t have woken up today. “This is such a pain…” she sighed, wrapping her arms around herself as she walked. 

Not being able to do anything about it now, Karina walked along the path till she reached a bridge. Exploring the area would take energy, something she would not care to expend for an errand, simply sitting down where she once stood. Let’s just get this over with…she thought, casting her rod into the water. 

Letting the rod sit, Karina’s eyes zoned out, almost dozing off before a soft voice hit her ears. Lifting her head up, her gaze fell on a pink haired girl, sitting just a few feet away. “You too huh? What a bother…” Karina said, sighing again.

Cinnamon felt a tad bit confused. She assumed the girl knew her situation and was basically going through the same thing. "Yes..." She whispered quietly, returning her attention to the fishing pole. It's been quite a while since she has had company, or something like that. "Are you... Cold?" Cinnamon blinked as the wind made its way to her face. It made her eyes water a bit. 

Before she could even hear the girl's response, a huge bite came her way. "...!" Cinnamon quickly stood up and started to pull, with two hard tugs the huge fish came out the lake and started flopping on the ground. Upon seeing the fish, her stomach was quick to reply. The grumbles were oddly too loud compared to a normal person. With a small smile, Cinnamon picked up the fish and couldn't wait to make a stew out of it! But she couldn't ignore her company. "My house... Isn't too far... Would you like... To come? It's... Warm inside."
