We should have seen this moment faithfully recreated in HotD, but as we all know, everything was ruined.

It wasn’t just the distortion of the story.

The original set and costume design were drastically altered, and the production team would not even give Helaena a crown.

Who could have imagined that Helaena, a queen, would not only never ride her dragon, Dreamfyre, but would not even be given a proper crown?

At the end of S2, she did not even have her braided hairstyle anymore.

All of this left me deeply disappointed. Yes, and that is why this commission came to be.

What would be the first words spoken? Would there be an apology? What would the excuse be? What would she be wearing that day? Her casual clothes or her long, heavy dresses that made her skirts trail on the floor, billowing in the air? What would it feel like to have them over her face? What truths would she be hiding beneath them? If she arrived, would she look him in the eyes, kiss him, or lie down on top of him immediately, without so much preamble?
