Day 65..
DAMn i cant believe its been an entire month since i posted last. its gone pretty fast. To be honest I took a bit of a break from my workouts. I was over-working my body and was bound to injure myself somehow. now im only going to the gym every 2 days
Hahaha this is when I look like when lifting too!
Day 33..
I’m exhausted.. been working out EVERY single day for 33 days now.. I think i need to take a long rest before I injure myself.
Anyone know of any good workout guides to try? would love to start something new once I’ve finished resting my body.
It’s my goal to end up competing in a bikini competition like these girls. So excited! I know it will take years of hard work and dedication to get this physique.. but I think I can get there!
