What’s great about a game like Animal Crossing: New Leaf is that it appreciates you as a person.

It remembers your birthday, neighbours wanna come over and see how you’ve decorate your house, they give you random presents because they felt like it, celebrate the holidays with you, celebrate both their AND your birthday, they ask you for advice and even (in New Leaf’s version at least) celebrate how long you’ve been been mayor of your little town.

I’m just saying, in a world where you’re treated as just a number at work or have asshole neighbours, it’s nice to have something like this and be appreciated for who you are.

Finally finished Raindrop’s path system last week while on a bit of a break from work and uni. This is my first ever time using a stepping stone path design and I am in love with the results! It really suits the overall vibe of Raindrop as a sleepy idyllic rainy town.
