All I hear is HMO, serviced accomodation, bitcoin and other fads. I invest in South London exclusively for ease and superior returns. Many of my clients agree with me. The hyped up strategies perhaps give you a higher income, but once you factor in the time, effort and costs it doesn't really pay, nor is it sustainable. ⠀ ⠀ In London I am finding opportunity after opportunity for excellent high yielding purchases. My limitations are the number of investors I can serve.
