my heart is broken for caitlin.

she's literally a 24 year old just trying to play basketball. really she's still just a kid. and the way we've literally watched the light leave her eyes these last few weeks truly sickens me. not only does she get literally beat up every time shes on the court, but people on the internet go and say such hateful and disgusting shit about her.

should not only her fans but anyone at all be racist? absolutely not, and thats never okay. but caitlin has already shined her light on black women. she recognizes that she wouldn't be where she is today without the people who set the stage for her to thrive in the light. and in the same breath is that her job isnt to police her fans. even if they are being dicks thats an something that needs to be held against the person, not caitlin. its the actual people saying the hateful stuff that need to be held accountable. and if you arent mature enough to see that then shame on you.
