i mean this with no hate like i really hope it doesn’t come across like im trying to be mean or nit picking or that i have any ill-feeling towards it, its just something i noticed.
but when george and yas first went public he said they wouldn’t be posting each other a lot and talking about their relationship, but they really seem to do this a lot.
i imagine it’s because there was no hate towards her and the relationship was received very well by fans (maybe unexpectedly) but i just thought it was a funny turn of events after how he acted when announcing it idk
i think maybe it’s bc i have had other faves say they want privacy but then excessively post about and mention their partner (george and yas def not excessive tho) so that’s why i noticed idk lol

I agree with you. I too thought the same thing, but more the first few months after the announcement and they had little interactions on stream or TikTok.
However, It's probably because they were indeed concerned with fans reaction - and that probably explains George's initial "we won't be posting each other a lot". Maybe he genuinely was expecting more hate or negativity about it because there was A LOT of speculation and discussion around him being single.
You can understand his hesitancy and wanting to protect his gf and their privacy.
The other side to that of course, is both of them being more established in their relationship now and they feel more confortable sharing pics/videos. And also, not necessarily caring what fans say about their relationship.
Personally, I feel like they got very lucky with fans reaction. I've seen other fandoms absolutely hate their favorites partner. So, it's actually kinda refreshing to see Yas be accepted without the bs normally associated with announcing a partner.
