Imagine learning Bribri, Nahuatl, Quechua, Guaraní, or any native language and hear about great heroes and ancient traditions.

Imagine reading García Márquez, Cortázar, Neruda, Lyra, Oreamuno, Quiroga, etc. while listening to an old tango or a very slow salsa.

Imagine a multitude of plants, zoological sketches and mineral samples scattered around.

Decolonizing the Academia

For some time now I’ve seen alot of people point out how the academic aesthetic as a whole is centred around Europe and western academia. 

Knowing how rich other cultures are my goal with this blog is to share with you elements from other places around the world that don’t get as much attention and to, hopefully, make your love for this amazing community even bigger
