So I’m finally taking up my fitness challenge
I have a high metabolism and lean body build, so I’ve always been pretty thin and “toned” looking, even though my overall health probably sucked.
I can feel my body declining. I’m barely active, and my left side is really weak. So I’m trying to do strengthening exercises and just get into being fit and active.
So this is me trying to start a habit. Looking for actual inspiration please.
instagram #fitspo is just full of a bunch of people taking selfies and showing off. I’d really appreciate helpful tips on how to set an exercise regimen, what exercises are helpful for which goals, and just how to keep going and motivating yourself
