Hi Kate! Any tips on long distance-it's only for summer but I am STRUGGLING!

Awww so sorry but at least there’s an expiration date on the long distance! I’ve done long distance once for a summer and handled it 100% terribly so I’m probably not the best person to ask but if I learned anything, you have to find the right balance between making sure they know you aren’t losing interest and not being overly clingy

Hmmm no one specifically is coming to mind but I can totally see that realistically happening. You need to be in a good place as an individual before you can thrive in a relationship imo

Hey! So I’ve been talking to this guy, we’ve only been on one date so far and haven’t done anything but kiss. He travels for work so he’s gone on the weekends which I get that but he barely talks to me even though he asked me out on another date. I guess I’m just confused and i feel bad asking because I don’t want to come off clingy.

The ball is definitely in his court now - let him initiate setting up the plans for the second date! If he’s interested, he’ll follow through. Sometimes guys say that kind of thing and never follow through which just means he’s flakey and not interested enough to be worth your time - but I’m hoping for the best for you and that he does follow up!!

I’m going to a fundraiser lunch at a beach club that’s kind of fancy through my internship. I’m really nervous because I’ve never been to an event like this! Any tips on what to wear to work events like this one?

Ooooo I’m getting major midi skirt vibes from this situation. You could do flowy culotte pants as well! I think a blazer with a (conservative) tank underneath would also be nice up top. keep the colors light since it’s a beach front event :)
