I've been reading Rosie's page on Hazbin Wiki and I saw that Rosie herself is inspired by Dolly from "Hello, Dolly!".

Dolly is a matchmaker who spends the whole movie trying to find a bride to an uninterested in romance, grumpy, logical man that she eventually falls in love with and he reciprocates for the first time in his life. *COUGH*

Since she was basically the first person ever to feel the entire range of human emotions, I imagine she's really connected with how everything COULD make her feel.
