The thing is I can tell you exactly who Conrad Fisher is. I can tell you what he likes and dislikes, his tendency to bottle everything up and shut everyone out to protect others and himself. I know the type of man he wants to be. I know he wants to be a doctor and I know he loves Belly so much even if he is not able to tell her he loves her. I know his love is in his actions and that he has to heal to be the type of man Belly needs.

But I could not tell you the same about Jeremiah and this is not a diss at him. I just think that Conrad is probably the most well-developed character in the series, there is complexity and depth to him explicitly shown to the viewers when Jeremiah's is mostly speculation and that is why I personally prefer him and why I think it is so obvious who the endgame will be.

I like to root for depth of character and I think Conrad has also evolved the most in the span of 2 seasons. I cannot wait to see what happens next and I will be rooting for him.
