I am HER, she is me.
The child who believed, the woman who endured, the mother who’s rewriting her story.

Income can be a big part of survival!
“Money doesn’t buy happiness” but when my fridge is full so is my heart!
Questions to ask yourself: 1. What are you spending most of your money on?
2. How many streams of income do you have to be “successful” in your lifestyle?
3. What do you need more of?
4. What is your short term goal?
For the rest of the month we are talking about personal finances and honestly one of my favorite topics to talk about.
I love sharing information and learning new opinions. Understanding the terms first can help you control your funds and prepare for anything coming your way next month.
What is personal financing? This defines all activities and decisions you make in your house hold, so planning and thinking plays a big part. This includes investing, saving, spending, income, and production. Having a little book or journal to help you with your finance will help you reach those goals that seem hard to achieve. Do more research and finding easy ways to start.
If your struggling to manage these things and have financial freedom, then let this be a sign that we start to rethink and secure the bag 💰🙌
What are your thoughts on this topics? Do you have any tips or tricks to saving money or smart spending? Let us know in the comments!
I have learned to accept apologies and I have learned to apologize to myself. I have learned to keep going and never looking back.

This wellness journey is yours! If you’re here from my last post.. hey girl heyyy!
If you are someone looking to get your body moving but don’t have the motivation or energy to get up for the gym, I may have solutions for you.
1. Allow yourself, to discipline yourself, to get up! I always need my Glow Drink, my plant based energy drink, my protein shake, my coffee, my water. I recommend that being the first thing you make when you get up. Nourish your body 🪷
2. If you are someone like me who loves a nice, clean Glow Drink before and after any activity — I posted the link to my favorite & clean Glow Drinks on my page for you to have a look and see if it could help you on this journey.
Nourishing your body before a workout is just as important as the workout itself. Giving your body the right fuel—like balanced meals, hydration, and rest—helps boost your energy, improve performance, and support recovery. When you treat your body with care & intention, every movement becomes more effective & empowering.
It’s not just about looking good, it’s about feeling strong, supported, and aligned from the inside out 💛

~ How my fitness girl era started ~
After years of not having a workout routine and struggling gaining weight/muscle, when I moved into my apartment and saw this small gym I wanted to get in there and move my body. I didn’t know where to start or if I’ll be doing anything correctly but I ended up learning as I go.
Eventually I build up the confidence to go and writing down when I’ll go to the gym in my calendar. Thankfully it was only just a few feet away 😂
I ended up enjoying 4 machines and building my routine from that.
Listening to your body is also important when building these routines.
Examples: - how many reps you can do per set - when you need to take a break, breath, water - focusing on how you breathe at specific times - which workout makes you feel the burn more and if you would want to do that first or last - how long you can get a workout in 15mins, 30mins,
Having a schedule of getting my son to and from school and working 5hrs+, I found time to fit routines. In the morning, noon, afternoon, and evening. In a small gym like this there would more days of it being just you and someone else than it would be full of people. I enjoyed getting there in the morning, so I could also take a morning nap before I woke up at 9am to work from home. I also enjoyed getting there during the day because less ppl were there. After working out 4 days of the week for months, I then thought to myself ‘am I in my fitness era!’ 😌
