30 day challenge
If anybody actually reads this. If anybody wants to see my 30 day challenge let me know I'll post it
Weight loss
My goal is to weight 160lbs in the next six months. At the beginning of the year I was 200 pounds. I weight myself yesterday and I'm 180lbs, I still can't believe it. I've been working out at night when I actually have time for myself. And when I'm done I still have to stay up to study. Anyway, here is what I've done to loose weight apart from running and working out at home. I stopped eating junk food, and for my meals I only eat half of what I would normally serve myself. It was hard the first week because I wouldn't feel full but now I get full faster. I have oatmeal for breakfast, I don't add creamer or sugar to my coffee. If I have tea I put honey instead of sugar or I don't add anything to it. One thing I do need to improve on is that I don't drink enough water so my goal for this week is to actually drink 64oz each day. Also, I made my own 30 day challenge that I'm starting today. 😃 It's going to be tough but it's going to be worth it.
Stay driven, stay motivated and have a great day!
Stay driven, stay motivated and have a great day!
I don’t think people are meant to be by themselves. That’s why if you actually find someone you care about, It’s important to let go of the little things. Even if you can’t let go all the way. Because nothing sucks more then feeling all alone, no matter how many people are around.

hey guys!!!
so this entire past month has been extremely, extremely stressful for me because i had so many exams and i only realised how hideously unprepared i was for them on the day before the exam, which was really really awful. so in the middle of september i created a studyblr to keep myself motivated + get some helpful tips from the studyblr community on how to go abt studying for tests. the results proved to be super helpful and ive resolved to keep running this blog for as long as i can, because it really helps me stay motivated and i’ve already learned so many things from the community, despite the fact that i’ve only been here for around a month.
but anyways, i decided to create this masterpost in order to help others stay motivated + keep studying not only well but also properly i.e. not necessarily studying for exams but life in general, if that makes sense.

Cranial Nerves. The Harry Potter Way.
As a Harry Potter fanatic, I am proud to present you with the Harry Potter Cranial Nerve Mnemonic!
Before I introduce you to the mnemonic, let me briefly talk about cranial nerves.
Few things you need to know about cranial nerves:
1) They emerge from the brain (duh - cranial = brain)
2) There are 12 pairs
3) Some are sensory, some are motor, some are both
4) They pretty much control your body’s functions
Here are the 12 pairs:
I - Olfactory (smell)
II - Optic (vision)
III - Oculomotor (pupil constriction)
IV - Trochlear (downward movement of eyes)
V - Trigeminal (jaw movement, sensation of face and neck)
VI - Abducens (lateral movement of eyes)
VII - Facial (facial movement, taste on anterior 2/3 of tongue)
VIII - Vestibulocochlear (hearing and balance)
IX - Glossopharyngeal (swallowing, taste on posterior 1/3 of tongue)
X - Vagus (swallowing, speaking)
XI - Spinal/Accessory (flexion and rotation of head)
XII - Hypoglossal (tongue movements)
Now, the mnemonic.
Oh, Oh, Oh, They Traveled And Found Voldermort Guarding Very Secret (Ancient) Horcruxes
And to remember the type of nerve (sensory, motor, or both), you can use this mnemonic.
Severus Snape Meets Malfoy, But Mad Bellatrix Stays Behind Bushes Misusing Magic.
(S = sensory, M = Motor, B = both)
Now, let the study begin!
It's that time of year....
CLEAR (regular) BEFORE CLOUDY (NPH [intermediate]), but
why?
