my budget is on the lower end but i'd be down to splurge on a pair of good worth it shoes, 400 would be pushing it (unless i found on sale). im looking more for look, but still wearable. like for wearing to work (where i'll be on my feet a fair amount) when i have plans after, if that makes sense. not sure if these boots are even findable!
