“‘Tis but a scratch.” Kenny offered a lopsided grin as he tightened the ratty, and already stained in blood from past injuries, fabric that he used as a tourniquet on his leg. As he finished the tying it into place he leaned back into the tree he rested against. “Don’t worry about it, just come here and help me hobble home so I can sew it up.”

He spoke with ease, his face not betraying the extreme pain he was actually in. After so many years you learn how to manage. It hurts like a bitch, yes, but not worse than slowly being torn in half... So it was fine. He was going to be fine.

Beebs was staring at her movements in her full length mirror, trying her best to perfect the ‘savage’ dance just so she could post it on her social media. After all, she had gained quite the following so why not keep up with the trends? She thought she heard something, but the blonde assumed it was one of the beats in her song and continued. That is until she heard it again, which caused Ellis to stalk towards the window growling. “What is it boy?” She paused her music just in time to hear a familiar voice, causing her to move towards the window as well.

She wasn’t expecting to see Kenny standing in her yard. And honestly, he had the worst timing. Her parents were leaving for a wedding next week, couldn’t he have waited a few more days? Then again, sneaking around could be pretty exciting and it had been a hot minute since she had the opportunity to do it. With a smirk, Bebe raised the window only to lean out of it. “Hey there Romeo.” She couldn’t help but laugh, it reminded her so much of that famous scene, minus the balcony and family fued. “Whatcha up to? Are you going to try to come up?” She questioned, head tilting to the side. She hadn’t seen anyone sneak into her room in a while. It’d be pretty entertaining to see Kenny scale the tree close to her window… as long as he didn’t fall and break something.

Kenny was never a fan of plays, musicals and operas were more his thing. Still, a grin pulled his lips upwards at the reference. He was a freshman the last time he had read the script, it took a few moments for the scene to appear in his thoughts. Hazy and whispering, a half-baked memory. He laughed, his face dusted pink. 

“Well I mean...” He started, only to stick out his tongue to show off the piercing as he winked. “I wouldn’t be opposed.” There wasn’t any helping it. The opportunity had presented itself and he had to take it. 

Really it was a joke. His foul-mouthed humor seemed to coat his entire personality. Weather his jokes landed or not was up to chance and the crowd. He always got a kick out of himself though. Which, he supposed, is what really mattered. That being said... Bebe was of course gorgeous and Kenny was, well he was Kenny. The image was already planted in his head.

 He pulled from his pocket a couple of blunts he’d grabbed on his way out.
