;my favorite shelp💞
are there any downsides to shelties? i’m so enamored w them but i haven little experience
There sure are!
I’m assuming you’ve been warned about the BORK BORK BORK and are therefore willing to potentially deal with umm. That.
The second is insecurity. Now. Let’s be clear: According to groups on facebook, no sheltie has ever been nervous in ever in the whole history if the whole world. After all, the standard says they can be reserved and that means when ur dog is cowering from strangers or barking incessantly at a chair because it moved two inches since last time, it’s not because they’re scared ok. They’re just reserved. It’s hiding under the table because it wants to. There is no war in Ba Sing Se.
The third is that they’re sheepdogs! Now, upside to this is that you can get them to herd things! The downside is that they’ll herd things! Not just sheep! But ducks! And kids! And cars! And vacuum cleaners! You should probably do something about that! Good luck!
oh and you need to buy a brush. preferably a blow dryer.
Yup, I can agree with everything here, but it is very individually. Vitani barkes when there is people at the door and when she is happy or excited. She is not insecure to much, but she is a bit reserved to small children. Socializing is very important!
Vitani doesn't have much herding instict. She sometimes bite my legs when she gets excited at training, but that's all😂
;my love for her is unconditional and never ending💛 My perfect tree hugger and best friend.
;the only mark you should ever leave on your dog💋

Can not wait to meet the best people and ofc show some gorgeous dogs again this weekend in Trondheim🐾 Vitani // Zitara Star's Follow The Dream Kali // Kingwana's Uptown Girl Kevin // Black Friday Nescaland
