~discreet activities for regressors~

coloring! (🖍) - coloring is a great activity for anyone of any age, so you can color any time, little or big! if you color using adult coloring books, no one suspects a thing!

movies & tv shows! (🎬) - watching a relaxing movie or tv show can be a great way to be discreetly little! i highly recommend movies and shows about animals! (especially shows about zoos!)

video games! (🎮) - there are tons of fun, relaxing games you can play while in little space, even when around other people! (examples include: animal crossing, stardew valley, minecraft, etc.)

anything that makes you happy! (😊) - every regressor is different and will enjoy different things! you can enjoy things in both your big life and in little space! as long as it makes you happy!

To all the trans kiddos,

It’s perfectly valid and 100% okay if you prefer the “girl toys” or “boy toys” from your childhood that doesn’t “match” who you are today. Boys are allowed to like princesses, fairies, mermaids, unicorns etc. Girls are allowed to like cars, dinosaurs, action figures, sports toys etc. And of course non-binary people are allowed to like all those things too! It doesn’t matter what your regression includes as long as it makes you happy, and makes you feel safe. You can be a boy and love playing with barbies because that’s what you grew up with. You can be a girl and love playing with hot wheels because that’s what you played with as a kid. No matter what you are the toys you play with don’t define your gender. Everyone can play with whatever toys they want!!

~cheering up a sad little~

this post is for everyone, littles and cgs alike!

play a game! - whether it’s a video game (🎮), board game (🎲), or card game (🃏), playing a game can really cheer you up! you can play animal crossing, candyland, uno, whatever you want!

watch something! (🎬) - put on a comfort movie or tv show! cuddle up in a blankie, get some snackies, and relax!

have something sweet! (🍭) - ask your cg to make you something sweet! or you can even make it yourself! (just be careful if you need to use a stove!) cake, candy, cookies! any sweet treats can cheer you up!

play with your stuffies! (🧸) - set up a stuffie kingdom or school or pretend to be spies! play with your stuffies however you want, as long as you’re happy!

arts and crafts! (🎨) - draw something, color something, make something! go make chalk drawings, make yourself a decoration for your room! do something creative!

talk about it! (🗣) - if something is making you sad, talk about it! whether it’s with your cg, a sibby, or just a friend, taking about it can make you feel better!

~some ways to be little when busy with your big life~

(🎼) music! - listening to music can really help put you into a regressed headspace or just help you calm down! (i recommend disney, piano covers, lullaby versions of songs, peaceful music, and rain tracks!)

(😴) naps! - naps are a great way to recharge whether you’re big or little! cuddle with stuffies, pop in a paci (if you have one/want one), and take a nap! sleeping/being sleepy always makes me slip into little space so i highly recommend naps!!

(🎬) movies & cartoons! - everyone loves a good movie, especially cartoons! if you have time, you can put a movie on and snuggle with stuffies for some little space time. or you can put something on for background noise while you do big stuff!

(👕) clothes! - whether it’s fluffy socks or an oversized hoodie, clothes are a great way to be little on the go! sometimes you can’t have a dedicated little space time, so wearing clothes that make you feel little is a great alternative!

(🧃) food & drinks! - snackies are a great easy way to be little! pack some animal crackers or goldfish with your stuff for a quick treat! drink some apple juice or sip some water from a cute cup or water bottle!

(🧩) games! - play some cute games on your phone (like pocket camp!) or relaxing video games (like stardew valley!) to wind down after a long day of being big! you deserve it!

~discreet clothes for regressors~

onesies! - if you want to wear them & can buy stuff online for yourself (without anyone snooping!), onesies can be very discreet! you can wear them under normal clothes, especially hoodies, or even wear them to bed as pjs!

(🧦) sockies! - no one questions fun socks! you can wear cute socks with anything and hide them easily! and knee high/thigh high socks can make you feel super small!!

(👕) fun shirts! - there are lots of fun shirts for cartoons and video games you can wear! both men and women sections sell them, so no one will mind!

(💍) jewelry/accessories! - anyone can wear cute jewelry or accessories! rings and necklaces and bracelets and hats can all be fun little space clothes!

hoodies! - hoodies are so, so comfy!! and big oversized hoodies can make you feel very small!

being a closeted little can be hard!

but that doesn’t mean you aren’t valid! you’re a valid little if you’re only open about your regression online! you’re a valid little if you’re only open about your regression with a few people or even just one person! you’re still a heckin’ valid little if you’re not open about your regression at all!

age regression is a deeply personal thing and opening up about it can be really scary! your regression is for YOU, and if you don’t wanna tell anyone about it, that’s totally okay! at the end of the day, you know your regression best, and that’s what’s important!
