I close my eyes and imagine my Sunday mornings laying in bed with her. My head on her chest. Tracing her fingers oh so gently across my back. Music playing in the distance just loud enough to hear over the sound of her beating heart. Sharing our bed with our animals who are calmly sleeping at our feet. The smell of fresh coffee overtaking our space as it sits on the table beside our bed. You feel my breathing getting deeper as I dose off in and out of sleep. Being woken up by the feeling of your lips touching my forehead. allowing me the opportunity to receive your gentle kisses on my lips.
