As thanks for all the wonderful gifts you’ve made for everyone, I’ve made you this, @syrooo :
Featuring Rosie (Renn x Jocie), Acapella (Cordelia x Ace), Daybreak (Dan x Bee), and Wayborne (Seojun x Mund)💖💕💗
I know this drawing took FOREVER for me to finish, but I hope it turned out alright🥰 I’ll prob be drawing them again soon bc drawing your ocs is kind’ve addictive tbh🤭
Well I was gonna make the second half of that one comic from the last chapter but I don’t have the motivation to😂 you know what I do have the motivation for?
DRAWING MY NEW OC- read the chapter to officially meet him!!💖 Will make his official intro soon!! X3
@lyra-prag thank you as always for beta reading🥰 your Lyra is here❤️
…after about a month of radio silence from this longfic😂 (I’ll try and be more consistent about updating again- I just had a writers block for a while haha)
And ofc this comic to go with it that I’m sure you’ll recognize:
You may recognize some of the chapters you’ve read before being absent in my fic now: this is because I’m rearranging some parts of my story. You’ll see them again! I’m just writing some additional stuff in between :3
NEXT CHAPTER TUESDAY
also…I’ll be officially introducing my newest OC in this one🤭 really excited about it, because I’ve kinda been falling in love with him the past two weeks 😂
@light-of-the-room your beloved Hanno makes a cameo in this chapter <3 (she’ll get speaking lines later on!💖) thanks for beta reading as well 🫶
@weebiecreep your Cat is here too, though you’ve read this before (this is just a new edition of events lol)
Found some Harry Potter pixel sprites I made a few years back and thought I might as well share them since I’m still working on….a lot of projects😅
If these look a bit different than how you might imagine them, it’s bc I tried to draw them based on how I ever them looking in the books (could still be off since it’s been a while haha)
BTW!!! I am actually revisiting pixel art, and would love to take your ocs and make pixel sprites for them as practice!! <3
You may remember these examples that I made for myself and my friends :3 if you’d like sprites of your ocs too, lemme know!! Sprites are fairly quick (and fun) to make so it’s not a problem!! Offer your bebes up!! X3
In other news…I’m gonna start drawing for other fandoms too!! I’m still staying and drawing for this one so dw!! I just wanna expand my horizons a bit <3
Hi everyone!! @creampuffcloudsdreaming or @cloudsofcreampuffs here!! <3 been wanting to make an rp blogs for the LONGEST time sooo… here it is!!

Guide, info, & rules down below the cut:
(Current) list of OCs (will add more after they are introduced):
Bee Bluelake (Hufflepuff cinnamon roll)
Jocie Bell (Ravenclaw yandere)
Mund Darborne (Gryffindor sweetheart)
Others that will be available to talk to after they are introduced :3
Rules for RP asks:
- for RPs you intend to be longer, please submit as a post instead of an ask
- no NSFW or 18+ asks
- no harassment, pressuring, bullying, hate speech, etc. Treat everyone with kindness and respect
- no controversial topics (ESPECIALLY not irl ones). I don’t want any arguments in comments sections
- no prejudice or discrimination of any kind.
- no asks addressed to me, Ruby/CC. If you’d like to ask me questions, you can do so in my main blog or in my sideblog (Hogwarts-legacy-specific)
Please note I do still have the right to refuse to answer asks for any reason (mainly would only do so if it made me uncomfortable). Also please keep in mind that I am a real person with a real life, so if I take a while to reply to your ask, it’s likely I’m just busy and will get to it later :3
Anonymous asks are set on for now, but if I begin to face harassment (unlikely but still) I will have to shut them down. Please don’t make me have to do that, as I do understand the social anxiety and desire to go anon.
I just wanted to draw my new bb boy so here we are 🤭 he’s such a comfort character for me already…I’m not exaggerating when I say he actually heals my wounded soul🫂

Chapter 4
Also this funny snippet of the chapter I like:
"Including a new wand!" Bee adds in, "I'm really excited about that....wand lore was one of my favorite things to research over the summer!!" Leo chuckles and replies with a cheeky glance toward Sebastian, "Sebastian here is very familiar with 'wand lore' if you ever want to ask him to-"
Sebastian turns red and slaps his hand over Leo's mouth. "Ah, haha!!! Okay, I think that's enough conversation for now!! We still have shops to get to, don't we?" He quickly dragged Bee off, but not before shooting a dirty look toward a very smug-looking Leo.
BTW: thank you to @lyra-prag for beta-reading 💖 Your BBs Leo and Laura make appearances here💕 @pierrot-dokki and @honeyed-blossom - your girls are also mentioned!🫶
I won’t lie this is mostly a filler chapter lol😂 it’s got fun character interactions tho!! Here’s a comic I made a while back to accompany it!
Thank you to my sweet, wonderful, beloved bestie @lyra-prag for beta reading again!! @weebiecreep’s Cataria is mentioned, as is @cloudsofcreampuffs’s Mund!! (He’s my new OC! <3)
Snippet of the chapter:
“‘Come on, Sebastian, wake up!’ Bee looked over in confusion, only to see Ominis speaking to a frog. ‘If you sleep through the whole lesson again, don’t expect me to bring you your favorite treat next time,’ the blonde scolded the frog, which finally creaked an eye open.
‘You named your frog Sebastian?’ Bee asked, more than a little amused. Ominis tilted his head in the direction of her voice, and it was then she noticed the clear milkiness of his blue eyes. He’s blind, she realized. He seemed to think her much taller than she actually was, as his unseeing gaze focused on a spot several inches above her.
‘It seemed rather fitting,’ Ominis spoke, ‘just like Sebastian, this frog never listens to me.” She snorts and agrees, ‘That does sound accurate.’”
Tagging @light-of-the-room since she wanted to be notified for chapter updates ;3
An Archive of Our Own, a project of the Organization for Transformative Works
Features @lyra-prag’s Lyra and @amus2110’s Carina💖
Here’s an excerpt from the fic:
“The boy’s Levioso just barely misses her, while hers hits his hat and levitates it above his head. She snorts a laugh as his concentration briefly breaks to jump to try to retrieve his floating cap. Before she can really put much thought into it, she summons the cap into her hand with an Accio.
‘What the-?!’ The boy shoots her an incredulous look and she bursts into a spurt of giggles. ‘Bee, I didn’t take you for the thieving type,’ Sebastian calls over his shoulder as he effortlessly blocks another spell. ‘I’m as surprised as you are,’ she laughs, looking over the cap in amusement.”
No screenies or drawings this time unfortunately🙈 though I will post this again with a drawing for it soon :3 I’ll also be publishing my next chapter on Wednesday to make up for how short this one is!!💖
R: General audiences, Sebastian x MC (Bee Bluelake)
‘Okay….okay….it’s just Flying Class. It’ll be fine. You’ll be fine. I’m sure there are plenty of safety regulations in place,’ Bee thought to herself, fiddling anxiously with the newly brewed potions in her pockets. ‘And if it doesn’t, maybe I can use that new Edurus potion I brewed to break my fall…’
She shivered at the very thought. She didn’t even want to think about that happening.
“Look out!” She glanced up. Huh? Her eyes blew wide and she quickly ducked with a shriek, hands flying to cover her head as a quick moving golden thing zipped over where her face was moments ago.
Her eyes peeped open and she cried out again in surprise as two students ran past her to chase the tiny gold object. “Hey! Be more careful next time!” An annoyed voice called after the students and Bee saw Poppy hurry over. “Ugh, sorry about them. They can be so inconsiderate sometimes,” Poppy said, shaking her head, “nearly decapitated me in my first class too. I don’t understand how those two are still allowed to bring their quidditch things to flying class.”
“The Professor doesn’t stop them?” Bee asks curiously and Poppy shakes her head. “Normally she does. But ever since Black banned Quidditch this year, she’s seemed less concerned with enforcing rules. Unless they’re hers anyway.” Poppy shrugged. “It doesn’t matter to me; but I do wish she could do something about them.”
Bee nods in agreement as the two watch the pair finally manage to catch the golden orb; but not before accidentally colliding with two other students.
A whistle called their attention and the class gathered in a line. One of the boys who had been fooling around earlier was on Bee’s other side, twirling his broomstick in his hand. A stern-looking woman, who Bee guessed was their professor, strode down the line.
“Mr. Clopton,” the professor said, shooting the boy a sharp look, “your attention please.” “Sorry, Madame Kogawa,” he said, setting his broom down on the ground like everyone else’s. Madame Kogawa’s eyes then flicked to Bee, who automatically stiffened under her pointed gaze.
“Everyone,” Kogawa announced, “please welcome a new student to our flying class. Miss…” She glanced at Bee. “Oh! Um, Bluelake, Professor. Beatrice Bluelake. But you can call me Bee.” Kogawa nods and finishes, “Bee Bluelake.” A few students send Bee greetings before Kogawa continues, “The goal of today is to remind all of you how to maneuver on a broomstick safely, as broom flight is first and foremost a means of transportation.”
She shouts Mr. Clopton a look as she says, “This, I fear, some of you have forgotten.” Bee suppresses a snort.
“Diving, rolling, and loop-the-loops will not be taught or, in fact, tolerated in this class,” Kogawa says, and Bee lets out an internal sigh of relief, “we’ll leave that to professional Quidditch players like the Toyohashi Tengu.” A random student in the crowd boos as the name, and Kogawa simply glances back and says, “Not a fan, I take it.”
“Now, let’s see how well everyone kept up with their practice over the summer holidays,” Kogawa continued, “For those who need a refresher, step up to your room, say ‘up’ firmly and clearly, then kick your leg over and rest your weight on the seat.” She then walked over to a broom on the grass and demonstrated.
Bee watches as the broom flies into her hand at the firm “Up!”, allowing Professor Kogawa to sit on the broom just as she’d described. She got the feeling it wouldn’t be that easy for her. “Now! Your turn!” She tells the class.
Bee nervously glances down at her own broom on the grass, and says, “Up.” The broom didn’t budge. She tries again. “Up!”’
Still nothing.
“You’ll want to say it firmly,” Poppy advises next to her. Bee nods, once again repeating the command with a bit more force. The broom still doesn’t move. Maybe she wouldn’t have to fly then?
“Oh well, guess I can’t fly,” Bee says with feigned disappointment, and Poppy offers a reassuring smile. “Oh, don’t worry, Bee. You’ll get the hang of it eventually. It took me a while before my broom started listening to me too.” Poppy tried to call her own broom up, which remained unresponsive. “See?”
Bee glances over and sees some of her other classmates already beginning to climb onto their brooms. The sight alone makes her nervous again, and she asks Poppy, “what exactly do we, um…do in this class?”
“Fly?” Poppy laughs, and Bee rolls her eyes with a smile. “Yeah, I guessed that. But I mean what specifically do we do to practice? Like…how high do we go, and how fast…”
Poppy senses the anxiety lacing her friend’s tone, her smile softening as she replies, “I wouldn’t worry too much about all that today, Bee. It’s only the first class; and for you it’s your first one ever! I’m sure she’ll just give you something easy to start off.” Bee nods, somewhat reassured by that, but still hoping her broom decides to remain uncooperative so she won’t have to fly at all.
Bee continues to ‘try and summon’ her broom, at which point some of her classmates have already taken off and Poppy finally mounts hers. Poppy watches Bee once again call her broom, with a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. “Um, Bee? Maybe you should just pick it up?” Poppy whispers, glancing over at Professor Kogawa, who’s now looking their way.
“No, it’s okay. I can do this,” Bee says. If I just pretend to try and fail to summon my broom the whole class, I won’t have to do any flying!
“Miss Sweeting,” Kogawa says as she approaches, “you can head off into the sky and join your classmates. I’ll help Miss Bluelake here.” Poppy nods, shooting Bee one last glance before she flies off.
Great. How’s she going to avoid flying now?
Kogawa comes to stand next to Bee, and she can feel her gaze on the back of her neck as she ‘tries’ to summon her broom. Bee once again tries to put a bit more effort into her ‘Up’, if only to convince Kogawa she’s actually trying. Thankfully, the broom still doesn’t respond.
“You’ll want to say it with vigor,” Kogawa advises, “like this: Up!” Bee nervously glances at her teacher and says, “Up!” The broom still doesn’t rise to meet her hand; though, it does rattle a little in the grass.
“Good. Put more energy into it, though,” Kogawa says, then repeats, “Up! Say it after me: Up! Up!”
“Up! Up!” Bee echoes, her cheeks burning at how silly she feels doing this. She hopes her classmates can’t hear her from where they are. “Come, now! You need to force it to come up! You’re commanding it, not inviting it! Let it know you mean it! Put some oomph into it!” Kogawa urges her, and Bee begins to find herself a little stressed out. Command it? It’s a broom!!
Still, she tries to imitate Kogawa, putting a bit more ‘oomph’ into her ‘Up’s. To her dismay, the broom once again reacts, unsteadily rising a few inches off the ground. “Good! Yes, like that! Keep going! Up! Up!!”
“Up! Up! Up!!” The broom suddenly shoots up and into her hand, making Bee exclaim in surprise as the wood slaps against her palm. “Excellent!” Kogawa praises, then turns toward her. “I’m guessing this is your first time with a broom?” Bee nods, trying not to let her dread show on her face. “Muggleborn?” Kogawa asks, and Bee nods again.
“I am too,” Kogawa briskly replies, “you’ll get used to it, don’t worry. I– Mr. Clopton! What do you think you’re doing?!” Kogawa rounded on Clopton, who seemed to be trying to fly somewhere off the designated area. “Sneaking off course again?” Kogawa said irritably, pinching her nose, “ten laps!”
Bee could hear him groan from here as he began to fly his broom in wide circles. “Sorry, Bee,” Kogawa said, “I won’t be able to assist you much today. I’ve got a class of twenty to watch as well. And far too many students that are all too eager to fly off course like Everett over there.” Bee nods, hope once again welling within her. Maybe she could get away without flying after all?
“Luckily, my teacher’s aide can assist you,” Kogawa said, and Bee froze. What? Kogawa called, “Mr. Sallow! Come assist our new student here!” Bee turned to see none other than Sebastian walking toward them with his usual cocky smirk. He shot her a wink. Oh, for the love of–
“Sebastian,” Kogawa addressed him, “I assume you’ve met our newest student, Beatrice Bluelake?” He nods, glancing down at her with an all-too-pleased grin. “I have. In fact, I had the pleasure to escort our newest rose to Hogsmeade.” Bee frowned in irritation as he once again brought up that ridiculous nickname. She could practically smell the smugness radiating off him in waves. And what was he smiling about anyway??
Kogawa raises a brow at the nickname but makes no comment on it, instead saying, “This is her first time flying. I have to watch the class, so I need you to show her the ropes.” She turns her attention to Ber and says, “Sebastian here is a beater for the Slytherin quidditch team, so he’s got experience in flying and broom safety. He will help you this class period, but if you need my assistance, don’t hesitate to call me.”
Kogawa then sets off to keep an eye on the rest of the class. “I wouldn’t call hitting and dodging bludgers ‘broom safety’,” he chuckles as they watch her leave, and Bee fixes him with an annoyed look. “What are you doing here anyway?” “I’m her teacher’s aide, remember?” He says, and she shakes her head and clarifies, “yes, I know, but why? You don’t exactly seem the type.”
His grin only widens, seemingly amused as he says, “oh, not the type, you say? Why’s that? You think someone with a detention record wouldn’t be willing to help out?”
“Th-that’s not what I said–“
“Sure sounded like it,” he drawled. She felt irritation once again flare within her. How was he able to rile her up this easily?! And why was he so smug all the time?!
He said, “that detention record is actually why I’m here. When you get as many detentions as I have, you gotta do something to make sure you aren’t expelled from the school. So– Professor Weasley set me up to help out in this class. Since I’ve got experience in flying, it made sense.”
She opens her mouth to say something but he claps his hands together and says, “Speaking of flying, I’d say it’s time to get on that broom, wouldn’t you?” Her irritation was quickly replaced by nervousness again. Dang it. Out of any class he could help out in, did it have to be this one?? How was she going to avoid flying now?!
With more than a little reluctance, she slipped one leg over the broom, just as Kogawa had earlier, albeit with quite a bit more caution.
“Good, like that. Ah, wait– hold on.”
He moved toward her and placed his hands on her shoulders and hands, readjusting her position. She stiffened slightly at the touch, caught off guard, but let him move her to better sit on the broom. “Move your hand a bit higher– yeah like that. Now plant your feet out, pretend you’re riding a horse. You’ll want to be able to push yourself up so you’ll have a bit of a kick when you take off.”
As he helped adjust her on the broom and gave instructions, she felt her face heat up slightly. As if he wasn’t annoying enough already, there was also the even more annoying fact that he did look rather cute; and his current close proximity wasn’t much helping matters. She could get an even better view of his face from here as he spoke.
His brown hair looked a bit more tousled from the wind, and the freckles littering his face were even more pronounced in the sun. She’d never been much into astronomy, but she imagined she could probably find a few constellations there if she wanted to. Perhaps also connect the dots? She thinks she could see a flower-like shape in the freckle patch on his cheek.
His brown eyes suddenly flicked to hers, and she felt her face flush again as she quickly averted her gaze. She’d accidentally stopped listening to what he’d been saying in the latter half of his instructions, and he had now stepped back, her position seemingly corrected.
“Um, sorry, what do I do now?” She asks sheepishly. “You’ll want to try and take off,” he says, “since it’s your first time, you’ll probably want to start off slow. Just try pushing your feet off the ground a little.” She slightly lifted her heels off the ground and he laughed. “No, no, I mean your whole feet. Just push against the ground and up.”
That idea wasn’t particularly palatable to her. What if the broom shot up? Or she tipped over? Or she rose too high and lost her balance? She shakes her head. Don’t be ridiculous. You’re being silly; just move slowly and carefully.
She gently pushed her feet against the ground with her feet before raising them up. To her surprise, she found the broom stayed in the air; then rose a few more inches.
“Ah!!” She gripped the handle of her broom tightly as it rose a bit more into the air. How high was it going to go?? “Don’t panic!” He laughs, “you’re barely more than two feet in the air. It should stop at about five.”
“Five?!” She exclaims frantically, trying to picture how big of a distance that was in her head. The broom finally stopped its ascent. Oh. Right. Five feet. That was only three inches below her actual standing height. Perhaps she’d overreacted.
“See? Not so bad,” he grins, and she now finds herself actually having to look down slightly to see his face. “Yeah, I….guess not,” she murmurs, her grip on the groom relaxing just slightly.
“Now try moving forward a little. Just lean forward with your body a bit,” Sebastian instructs, and she slowly does so. The broom didn’t move.
“….Nothing hap–“ The next second she found herself flung off her broom with a startled cry, falling backwards too quickly for her to right herself or grab onto anything.
“Woah!”
She collided with something solid, two strong hands gripping her arms to steady her before she could fall back any further. Her heart raced in her chest, frazzled and bewildered by whatever had just happened. The broom she had been riding on flew off on its own like an aggravated bird.
“Well, I wasn’t expecting it to do that,” Sebastian huffed a laugh from behind her, his hands still on her shoulders. “Did it- did it just buck me off?!” She squeaked, panic starting to rise as the aftershock flooded in.
“I guess so!” He says, still laughing from behind her, “gotta say, they normally don’t do that. Your broom must not like you.”
“Why not?!” She cried, still more distressed than amused by what had just happened, “did I do something wrong?!” He shakes his head, seeming even more entertained by how her voice pitched in panic. “Beats me. Perhaps it smelled your fear.”
She looked even more fearful at that, and he laughed again at the look of terror on her face. “Calm down, I’m just joking with you. Though it probably did sense you didn’t actually want to ride it. Brooms will only fly if their owner wants to fly. If their owner wants off, it’ll, well–“ He laughs again, and her earlier fear melts into annoyance again.
“Can’t you take this seriously?” She huffs, “I almost got killed!” “You were fine!” He laughs, “I caught you.” “Maybe,” she says, tugging out of his hands upon remembering he was still holding onto her, “but what if you hadn’t been fast enough? I could’ve cracked my head open!”
“On grass? From a five foot drop?” He says skeptically, another insufferable grin spreading across his face, “guess you’ve got a pretty delicate head then, little rose.” “Can you quit calling me that?!” She snaps, and he says, “why not? You didn’t have a problem with Professor Garlick calling you that.”
“That’s because she’s our teacher!” She huffs, and his smile widens again as he says, “oh, so a teacher calling you ‘rose’ is okay, but I can’t?” It took a second for her to process the joke before her eyes widened and she smacked his arm.
“SEBASTIAN!!!!” He burst out laughing again, fueling her indignation further. “You can’t just– don’t say stuff like that, you–!! Have you no tact at all?!” She sputtered angrily, and he began to wheeze, deriving far too much enjoyment from her flustered anger.
“Well, nevermind!! I’m not getting on the broom again!” She huffs, looking away with a resolute pout. “What? Oh, come on, you only tried one time!” He laughs, “come on, just once more!” “No. I don’t want to get thrown off again,” she sniffs. He scoffs in amusement. “Alright, fine. Sit down then, you can watch me. That way you’ll have a better idea of what to do next time.”
She’s about to protest when she realizes she actually doesn’t have a problem with that.
“Fine.” She finds a soft patch of grass and plops down, watching him retrieve her broom with an Accio and put it back in the broom holder before retrieving his own. It looks quite a bit different from the training brooms she and her class are using: much more sleek and polished.
“Like it?” He asks with a satisfied grin upon noticing her gaze, “it’s a dark lighting broom. Saved up for it myself last year. Thought the broom my Uncle gave to me didn’t cut it for Quidditch, so I did a few odd jobs in Hogsmeade to save up for this one. Quite impressive, isn’t it?” She nods, looking over the dark broom with a small amount of awe.
“I’ll let you get a close look at it later,” he says as he mounts the broom, “for now: just watch and learn.” She watches as he pushes off the ground with his feet, his broom rising into the air naturally like it had done so a million times before.
“Now, depending how fast you wanna go is how far you’ll want to lean,” he says, “directions and tilts also depend on that and the angle at which you hold your broom handle. It’s mostly just your body doing the work.” He demonstrates by leaning forward just slightly, moving the broom forward at a slow pace.
“What if you accidentally lean too far?” She asks nervously, already picturing how she’ll fly off her broom again. “You can always lean back to halt,” he says, then demonstrates by moving his broom forward before leaning back and effectively stopping it.
“See? You’ve got total control over it,” he says with a smile, “once you and your broom get used to each other, flying gets to be as natural as breathing.” She still doubts that, but does find she’s a bit less anxious now that she knows how it works at least.
“How do you not fall off?” She asks, “the stick is so thin.” “It’s got a cushioning charm,” he explains, “all brooms are enchanted with one, but you can also install a seat to make it more comfortable.” She sighs and says, “I just wish there was a safety harness or something to secure myself to it.”
He shrugs and replies, “you can always add one if you want. Of course, if you bond enough with your broom, you should be able to train it to catch you if you fall.” Her eyes widen in surprise. “What?” He grins. “Yeah, look! I’ll show you!”
“Wait, what?!” She jumps to her feet as she watches him fly into the sky, alarm shooing through her. “I’ve trained mine! Useful for Quidditch! Just watch!” He calls from above. Then leaps from his broom.
She screams, fumbling to find her wand to try and save him somehow. Before she can locate it though, his broom suddenly moves, diving toward him and swooping right under him before he can crash. He lands safely on the broom and flies back down to the ground. She lets out a huge sigh of relief and hurries over to him.
“Have you completely lost your mind??” She exclaims, “why would you do that?!” “It was fine. I was just showing you how they work,” he says with a laugh and blasé wave of his hand. “You could’ve crashed!” She snaps, and he replies smoothly back, “I’ve done it a million times on the quidditch pitch and it’s never failed me. Relax, Bumblebee, I know what I’m doing.”
She frowns but says nothing more, knowing arguing with this stubborn boy is likely pointless. “Well, at least warn me next time! And have something soft to land on in case it doesn’t work!” She huffs; sitting back down on the grass and crossing her arms. “And don’t call me Bumblebee.”
“Okay, Stinger,” he grins and her glare sharpens again, opening her mouth to argue when the bell rings, signaling the end of class. “Guess I’ll see you later, Stinger,” he says, spinning his broom once just to show off before placing it back in the holder, “again, perhaps somewhere ‘unsanctioned’? There’s still a spot open. Might help you vent all that anger.”
“I’m not angry!” She huffed, then forced herself to take a breath and say more calmly, “I’m just….a bit irritated.” He nods sagely and says, “you could almost say you want me to buzz off.” “That’s not–“ she tried to keep acting mad but couldn’t help the giggles that escaped her at the ridiculous joke. He grins, looking very pleased that she was laughing at his pun. In truth, she couldn’t even be mad. He was ridiculous. This was ridiculous. It was annoying and ridiculous and honestly? Pretty fun.
“Fine,” she sighs, rolling her eyes with a smile, “fine. I’ll come with you to your duelling club.” His eyes brightened. “Really? You’ll come?” “Yes, but I can’t stay long,” she says with a smile, slinging her satchel back over her shoulder, “I promised some friends I’d meet with them in the library later.”
“Brilliant! I’m heading to the library after as well. I can walk you there,” he says with a grin, looking far too happy at the idea of spending time with her. She ignored the warmth that builds in her chest at the sight.
She returned his smile and said, “that would be nice. I’ve gotten lost in this school a few times, and I don’t quite remember how to get there.” He nods and says, “I feel you there. I’ve been here almost five years now and barely scratched the surface of this school.”
He glances down at her and says, “still; I know enough to show you the most interesting places. So I suppose you’ll be my charge and I your guide again, isn’t that right?” She laughs and shakes her head. “If that’s how you want to imagine it, sure.”
“Excellent. Come then, my dear charge; I shall lead us to the battlefield.” She suppresses a laugh at his ridiculous language and even more dramatized opening of the doors, as if pretending to be a ‘chivalrous knight’.
She was so caught up in her amusement, she didn’t even remember she was supposed to be nervous for a duel.
Features @lyra-prag’s Lyra Prag and @amus2110’s Carina Savage!💖 Also @light-of-the-room’s Hanno and @amethystandemma’s Adair make cameos!!💕 As always, thank you Laura for beta-reading!!🫶
Made these 2 comics for this chapter a while back!!
I will also be posting the next chapter tmrw, as I’m aware most of this chapter is just conversation (which may be boring to some🙈 I had fun coming up with original dialogue tho lol😋)

Sebastian acting unbothered part 2
That’s a little close isn’t it…?🙈
OK THATS WAY TOO CLOSE😂
Also this funny snippet of the chapter I like:
“Including a new wand!” Bee adds in, “I’m really excited about that….wand lore was one of my favorite things to research over the summer!!” Leo chuckles and replies with a cheeky glance toward Sebastian, “Sebastian here is very familiar with ‘wand lore’ if you ever want to ask him to–“
Sebastian turns red and slaps his hand over Leo’s mouth. “Ah, haha!!! Okay, I think that’s enough conversation for now!! We still have shops to get to, don’t we?” He quickly dragged Bee off, but not before shooting a dirty look toward a very smug-looking Leo.
BTW: thank you to @lyra-prag for beta-reading 💖 Your BBs Leo and Laura make appearances here💕 @pierrot-dokki and @honeyed-blossom - your girls are also mentioned!🫶
