My BIG Why

I am tired of feeling like an outsider. I am the largest person in my family, friends, and workplace. I cannot go shopping with my friends. I worry about embarrassing myself around everyone, everywhere I go.

Breaking Down My Goals

I am somebody who has a fully balanced meal once per day, 5 days a week, and no longer eat fast food when alone.

I am somebody who is stronger, more flexible, and can go on hikes longer than 5 miles easily.

I am somebody who is not afraid to try new activities, actively seeks out new opportunities, and tries something new once a month.

I am somebody who does not binge eat, weighs under 200 pounds, and has found meals I enjoy cooking.

I am somebody who has go-to vegetables I enjoy eating, wakes up before 8 am every day, and can do 5 regular push-ups.
