It had been a shit day for Levi. Hell even a shit week to begin with. He had snapped at several people before finally being able to calm down and well now he was a mute. Dawsyn was beyond annoyed today. Mostly because she was frustrated in many ways she couldn't control. So when the other walked in on her 'taking care of' her sexual frustration, she was even more annoyed. After giving herself a minute or two to convince herself not to start anything that would get her into trouble, she opened the door with a scowl on her face, looking at the boy as she crossed her arms. It wasn’t as though the facility were scampered with many activities anyway, he was just worried he might’ve caught the attention of his supervisor already. Quickly grabbing his cleaning tools, Arthur walked over to the first room that he saw. His breathing was hefty but he didn’t want to make it too obvious. “I know I’m a little late.” He started. “But I’m here to clean up the room -finally- could you stay outside for a few minutes? Twenty, tops.”

“Twenty? Why can’t you just clean while I’m laying down? I just puked half my life away ten minutes ago, there’s no way in hell I can be upright for twenty minutes without throwing up all over the place.”

“Can you break this up now?” Isabel hated seeing the little girl happy, she didn’t know why, all she knew was the it made her feel like she wanted to cry and she wasn’t going to do that in front of patients. The young woman was caring towards the child and Isabel was envious but how could she be when her mother had come to her work and seemed somewhat disappointed but also really concerned about her attitude towards work. It was confusing to Isabel and she honestly didn’t know what was wrong with her. “She’s very cute, I have to say. It’s lovely that she has someone.” Why the change of heart? Isabel couldn’t ruin it for another, as much as she felt like it, she would never feel better about herself after upsetting the child and the patient.

Dawsyn's brows furrowed. "Break what up? Spending time with my kid? No, I can't --- but if it bothers you then you don't have to stick around to watch it," she said before looking back towards Joey. "Jojo. Look, there's a froggy." The three-year-old gasped and pointed to it. "Mommy, I get the froggy?" Dawsyn giggled a little and nodded. "Yeah, go get the froggy. Be nice to it," she said before listening to the other. "I know she is. I know it sounds conceited and biased, but she's physically adorable."

“Mom, rock,” Joey said. “Leave them alone. You can't take 'em home with you," she said, watching as the toddler pouted before stomping away from the rocks and instead finding interest in a flower. "She just turned three in June."

Ethan smiled as he watched the two interact together on the grass. He was sitting near them under a tree by himself trying to relax and get settled in at the institute. It was overwhelming for him since he was in a new place and he always found being outside in the fresh air calmed his nerves. He couldn’t help but frown as well at the sight of the two. He wished he was able to have those types of interactions as a child, but it never did. Ethan almost felt jealous at them. “Is that your kid?”

Dawsyn nodded. “Mhm. She’s kind of the spawn of Satan, but I guess she gets it from me, so I can’t complain.”
