“I’m sorry.” Peter doesn’t really feel like he can completely relate to him but he remembers the feeling of fear and worry after learning about his brother’s attack just before he died. “It was partially our fault. We should’ve more paid attention to his recent behaviour. It’s good that he survived, though. And I hope his recovery will go smoothly. How are you feeling yourself?”

I can watch scary movies in the dark all on my own on a stormy night, but creepy ass dolls are still gonna gimme the heebie jeebies.”

“Yeah. There’s just something about dolls I think. Do you remember Small Soldiers? When I was younger I collected the toys first before seeing the movie and I shouldn’t have done the latter. It was haunting with all the bald Barbie’s being mutilated. Those creators were all fucked up, some of them were just a little bit more subtle with the absurdity.”

“I really have no idea what the hell those people were thinking. At least bears had some cute aspects but the Chucky like dolls are just nightmares. I heard they’re remaking the franchise again. You don’t like horror movies?”

“I always believed the majority of 80′s dolls were infused with some sort of demonic entity. They’re the reason why video games like Five Nights existed in the first place. Way to ruin the image of adorable animals.”

“Rubix Cube takes a lot of effort for some people. I know a friend who’d only get more stressed playing it. Though they’re much better than these spinning toys, I agree.”

Marius couldn’t help the sigh of relief that brushed past his lips. “Thanks.” He offered a smile in return before mentally going through everything his father could be known for. “John Creed. Around six foot two, late forties, black hair and brown eyes.” Marius furrowed his brow and looked down at his hands. “I know he’s staff but I’m not sure what he does nowadays. Sorry if that isn’t helping. He likes to stay away from people and focus on his training instead so it’s possible he hasn’t spoken with anyone yet.“ 

“Mr. Creed.” Unfortunately Peter is just a guard and he doesn’t all the staff or patient files with him but he tries to remember from recent meetings and see if the name rings a bell. “He’s a physical therapist, I think. He might be in a session right now. I’ve heard his name a few times and we met during staff introduction, most of the staff members did.” Except the anti social ones but there aren’t a lot of those on their ranks. “Is he expecting you?”

“Oh Pepper? Yes, I know Pepper.” It’s the girl who mourned over her dead girlfriend. “She might be in her room. Would you like me to go find her?”

     “I’m looking for my dad,” Marius replied to the one who had approached his lone self in the cafeteria. He didn’t know why he came looking for John, the old man had made it clear as day that he wasn’t capable of being a good husband and father after his feud with the WWE. Marius wanted to hope otherwise, that maybe seeing him would remind his dad about the love that family entailed. “Do you think you can help me?”

“I could try.” Peter offers the young man a smile. He might not be familiar with a lot of people yet but he’s willing to help as much as he can no matter how tired he’s become these days. It’s his job afterall and doing his job right is going to remind him he can make his late brother proud. “What’s his name?”

Charlotte was taken back. She felt a little rude now. “My apologies, sugar. It’s all chaos around here. Oh, really? I bet that’s..interesting. Props to him, I can’t imagine it’s easy working…here.”

“I’d imagine so. His brother...his other brother passed away in a place like this, an accident. It must be hard dealing with the memories again.” He speaks softly. “What’s your sons names? Maybe I could help too.”

“This place is just as gross as I remember.” Jolie tutted, looking around the common room. “That boy isn’t here, is he?” She was asking about Autumn, the last time she was here she ended up getting attack by him - almost nine months ago. “Abella - she’s here? I thought I saw someone with a cane but… there’s no way -” 

Peter cringes at the older female’s words. Sure the place isn’t the best and he’s got bad memories when it comes to mental facilities but to say it outloud like that just sounds a bit childish for someone supposedly her age. He tries to keep his professionalism as he walks closer to her. “I’m sorry. Are you looking for Roland? Roland Tucker?”

“I’m just a visitor here, ma’am. But maybe you can sit with me as I wait for my brother. He’s one of the staff so he might be able to help later.”

“That’s good.” But he still doesn’t trust her so he keeps his distance when he’s strolling down Google and then putting a red fidget spinner picture up. “Like this.”
