at the risk of sounding like an apologist (i am not) i want to delve into life and revival as how it'll be conveyed in my story

in the dsmp, not all deaths are counted deaths and so not all lives taken by someone means they took a final life. the exact technical grit isn't something i'm interested in defining, rather, the ambiguity. i like to imagine there are beliefs systems that vary: some believe in the general 'rule of threes', others believe the individual may return 'so long as they will it'. the body being allowed to defy death in the first place is an uncertain messiness, that should be the point of discomfort for many characters. will this count? will i return? the revival book acts long after the final death. the confusion and weighing of morality within the dsmp as it pertains to death- how many lives someone supposedly took, why a death isn't considered a final death unless it is one, is actually what i want to emphasize. people die plenty of times within important lore moments that don't contribute to their 'count' at all.

ckissu operates in that border of ambiguity. he behaves as though no one is on their last, counted life. that is his way of approaching everything. and should he take a life that fits the criteria, he doesn't stick around long enough to find out. that isn't to say it justifies his behaviour in his mind, nor does he derive comfort from it- he enjoys it because it forces people to return and have to continue living. it's just another matter of enforcing his ideology.

nunki leaving them is sooo so sad because goodbyes are always sad. do we think nunki leaves before or after lulu dies :( either way it sickening. i wonder if maybe, in a scenario where nunki leaves before lulu dies, she can be convinced to pull away from her reckless behavior because of the promise of seeing her angel in the sky, if she can just find the right star and follow it down to the one that glows a little bit brighter just for her. or on the FLIP SIDE!!!! his leaving could spiral her into a desperate animal, her grief causing her hands to slip and her brain to fog and kaboooooom. either way kissu suffers♥️♥️♥️♥️

I think cnunki never says goodbye. when he leaves while clulu is alive, is because he finds it he's THAT selfish not to want to see her hurt face because he finally realized that in order for him to leave completely it HAS to hurt. and if he leaves after clulu is death... it just wouldn't have mattered if he whispered bye to her ghost because it's not really HER..

like in the end ckissu will just go On huh.. the reminders of the hurt he's caused are dead or gone for eternity.. but i think he'll be deeply affected by it. he'll be the one who has to live with the pain and regret. he would most definitely be irritated with ghost clulu and lose it when she dies
