Haven't had a rant for a while, but it's that time again, usually the case with BT, broadband is okay for the first few months, then I start getting problems. This has happened at my last three addresses...
Extremely slow speeds, up to 8mb my ass( currently on around 512k haha, I had better speeds 10 years ago)
Intermittent connection probably no Internet for around a quarter of each day( usually the time I want to use it aswell, ofc)
Crappy customer service/ technical support ("Can you access web pages using Internet explorer?" ... err yea thats why I am f**king calling you stupid t**t, and who says I am using Internet explorer? )
Annoying BT advert(for me) - "Bt is rolling out super duper uber extremely fast upto a gazillion mb fibre optic broadband" .... Really!! hows about you f**king fix mine first so i can get at least 1mb?!?!
P*ssingingly annoying automated piece of shit, "Most broadband problems can be resolved by going to www." err stop right there you frickin morons I chose button 3, 8 million f**king options ago saying I had no broadband connection, so how do you suppose I go to your sh*ttiy website?
Now I am not just ranting because I have a temper(ok perhaps just a little bit), but this has happened at my last three addresses, it never gets resolved, the technical ability of the people on the other end of the phone is pretty dire to be honest.
But more annoying than anything else is the fact they keep no log of the calls I have had with them, so EVERY TIME I call, we have to go through the same old have you tried restarting your router bullsh*t. Dear f**king god, just send a p*ss eyed engineer to take a look and fix it.
Oh and hows about a refund, why should I be paying for a full month of service when I don't get it? oh and can you create a new broadband package say "upto 512k" and I will pay for that package instead?
Omg I can't see I'm that angry.
I had better end my rant here, before my f**king connection drops.
