For the Artstation THU 2018 Golden Ticket Challenge, whose theme was “Malta land of wonder”. I incorporated aspects of the nature, rock formations, and wildlife, as well as early temples. Travelers get a glimpse of the possible experiences available to them as they walk through the pillars of the entrance. The hands are a reminder of the humans that have made their marks on the islands.

I’m satisfied because I finally finished a challenge + the first environment piece after graduation! In the meantime I slept a grand total of three hours last night and took a nap immediately after hitting the 1 PM deadline :) Characters featured are Mint and Verne from my children’s book, The Fabric Merchant’s Son.
