Porky Pig; Stuffed pork loin, wrapped in bacon on a bed of kumala mash, in a home made sweet bush chili and ginger sauce served with a homemade apple and coconut sacue. The one pictured above is missing, it was last seen on a fork heading towards my mouth. It was tasty business.
