Espresso Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients 2 cups (one 12-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup Espresso Chocolate Flavor NESTLÉ® COFFEE MATE® Liquid Coffee Creamer
2 teaspoons NESCAFÉ TASTER'S CHOICE House Blend 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions LINE a large baking sheet with waxed paper.
COMBINE morsels, butter, cream, Coffee Mate, coffee granules and salt in a large,microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 2 minutes; stir until smooth. Refrigerate for about 3 hours or until firm enough to roll.
ROLL into balls using 1 rounded teaspoon per truffle. Place on prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
COMBINE cocoa powder and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Roll truffles in cocoa mixture.
STORE in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
