Well blended light roast. It’s actually a really good light roast. But the thing I noticed is, it’s mostly only the caramel and cherry that you notice. Light Roast- Drip Coffee: Maya Ixil, Guatemala — washed: Has an earth tone structure to it. Got a hint of after taste bitterness. But not enough to dislike it, blends in well. I’m more of a Dark Roast kind of coffee guy. But for all the earthy coffee brands I’ve tried, this one I give a 4 out of 5 stars!! Trader Joe’s French Roast - Coffee Cups: Dark Roast 100% Arabica Coffee- It definitely has the desire to be French Roast aka dark. But it also seems to lack it. Had to much of a light side to it.
