my exams start tomorrow and i’m feeling so overwhelmed!! i’ve got tons of stuff to do but i don’t wanna do any of them. i just wanna stay in my bed all comfy and read all day,, i mean i just need a break oof

but after this exam week i’ll be an ENTIRE month without tests so i’ll probably be able to have a few self-care days :) anyways, wish me luck on my exams!!

22.4.19 It was a beautiful day and my mums birthday but she insisted I didn’t make a fuss and so I worked on my dissertation morning till evening.

I did make some time to bake a cake for her though. I love my mum, she’s the biggest supporter I have. Xxx Emily

Oof I’ve been really MIA this week but still working hard don’t worry!! Week 3 has been a week of very long shifts in the newsroom (tfw you schedule 2pm-2am for one event in your calendar hahaha) and very wholesome conversations over lunches with friends :3 I think I broke a personal record for the number of times I’ve gone to bplate this week whoo

Had a midterm on Friday and it was fantastic LOL I walked out after 20 minutes which even included checking over my answers

This weekend has just been me trying to Gas Myself Up for the upcoming week which is when my scarier midterms are and trying to cram in all the work I normally do over the weekend during the week so I can leave for retreat worry-free! Send prayers /:
