I’m hungry so here I am looking for a distraction, I’m hungry for weight loss not to give into temptations, 30 seconds the food will be gone and the guilt of giving in will last all day/ night. What you eat today will stop the scale from going down tomorrow I learned the hard way.... I want to be skinny more than I want to give into hunger pains... I got this. You do too.

This weekend that passed was hellish I dropped to 176.4 and I was like yasss one pound away from my first goal weight. Then my dad decided get a PaRtY SiZeD pIzZA... like wtf and watch old reruns on Hulu as a day in . I gave in and let me tell you the calories I consumed weren’t pretty.... I wanted to cry, barf, gag so I just started running. Next day that was Sunday I weighed myself I was 177.6 I did my workout both Sunday and Monday and my weight this morning is still the same and it Tuesday. I’m fucking pissed but I’m fasting today nothing but liquids. 0 cal liquids and a run. I’m not happy I should of been my goal weight by today the way pounds were dropping off last week.... fml!!!!!! End rant

40 calorie soup!
So I fast yesterday cause Tuesday I had to go out to lunch, I didn’t go over my 1000 cal limit but I really like to keep my cals on a 200 or less bases. And on a daily I jog for about an hour burns up to 500 cals. So I was feeling weak after my workout and I decided to make some soup. I used one 3oz potatoes diced it 78 cals and one carrot 🥕 30 cals chopped and one tsp of better than bouillon vegetable seasoning 10 cals. Boiled in a cup of and a half of water. And mine soup came up to 118 Calories.
But for the 40 cal soup skip the potato and just chop one carrot and one tsp of the better than bouillon boil with water and boom low cal filling meal!
***i use my fitness pal to track my calories and I use a small scale to weigh the potato got it at Walmart ☺️
