SO I SAW HTTYD2 FOR THE 5TH TIME TODAY AND....

after the screening there was this old man (he came into the movies alone). I saw tears in his eyes when he came out of the theater after the movie and then he just sat there outside the theater for a long time sobbing. I wanted to hug him or something :( But yeah, HTTYD2 really causes major feels even for the older people.

Okay, can I just talk about the first gif and Hiccup's expression in it? That's probably my favorite part from the clip. Why? Because it's so real. Hiccup doesn't get afraid of Valka touching him, he's actually very glad about it, but it looks like Valka is a little uncertain about what she just did. Hiccup just has this smile; it's okay, and it just melts my heart. I think Hiccup's expression helps Valka to relax and touch him again. His son.
