Little update for today:

okie, boyfriend was over today so couldn’t be a fast or <100kcal howeverrrrr…. still losing, and not overly bloated so it’s not something i’ve been overly obsessing on, plus there was a 2 mile i didn’t log. I’ll survive with the 285 haha.
