Silly little fun fact about my the long walk oc, rooy royal!; he basically heard the song “When Morning Comes” by strawberry guy once he made his “plan” because he knew that he was gonna die somehow but after that, he would be with Curley white forever and ever! 🥹

Summary: Rooy Royal ended up helping Curley White when he was about to get shot, they made it all until Collie Parker shot himself.

Tags and warning: Rooley (Rooy Royal x Curley white), angst, Gore and blood, distressed Curley white, Curley white needs a hug, Rooy Royal needs a hug, both Curley white and Rooy Royal need a hug. More warning will be added if needed.

Authors note: Rooy Royal (my the long walk oc) and Curley white are both the same age, (16) and I’m shipping Rooy Royal with Movie Curley white, not Book Curley white. And I proofread this yes, but if there is any mistakes that I didn’t catch like writing past tenses with present tense or grammar mistakes, please let me know so that I can edit it.

Four carbines shot through collies head.

There were only six people left now,

Ray Garraty, Pete Mcvries, Billy Stebbins, Art baker, Curley white, and Rooy Royal.

Curley pressed his sweaty palms against his ears, and ground his teeth against each other so hard that the ringing in his ears got louder than before.

Rooy was beside Curley, he had a blank expression, he looked sort of dead. His mouth slightly hung open, his eyes wondered through the clouds of the skies. And the way he walked made him look even more dead. Rooy just looked like a walking corpse, except there isn’t a bullet through his goddamn skull.

Rooy took his eyes off the sky and looked back at what was left of collie parker, then wondered his eyes at Curley, getting slightly more closer to Curley and then ran his fingers all the way down to Curleys arm to the back of his hand, Rooy could feel Curley’s bones if he pressed hard enough.

Rooy looked at one of the soldiers and walked just close enough to where his shoes were almost rubbing against the wheel.

Rooy tried to copy what collie Parker did, he tried to grab the gun out of the but it was obvious that he couldn’t do it, pointing the carbine hole just where his heart was.

Four carbines shot again, this time, through Rooy’s chest, then through the back of his head.

Blood and mushed up brains slammed against the hard concrete the second Rooy fell, blood immediately poured and spread through Rooy’s face.

Curley watched it all happen, since he was behind Rooy.

Curley immediately covered his ears and cried out loud, Curley could feel his throat tighten as he looked at Rooy’s corpse as it lay on the ground with one of his arms out. A bit of drool spattered out of his mouth, came with a bit of snot too.

“Rooy!” Curley cried out one more time before he immediately rushed toward Rooy, Curley hovered Rooy in his arms as tears streamed down his cheeks.

Tears fell on Rooy’s bloody face, the only thing that the other walkers could hear from Curley was his hiccups and sobs.

One of the soldiers jumped out and walked near Curley and Rooy, all while there was a gun being held in their hands.

“Warning, third and final warning, 7.”

Curley hadn’t noticed that he has already gotten his third warning, the only thing he was focused on, was him and rooy.

The soldier held up the gun to Curley’s head.

Rooy is gonna be the first and last thing Curley sees.

Four carbines shot once again, blood immediately blood had gotten spilled onto Rooy’s face, tricklied down the lines of his face.

Curley and Rooy look very alike now.

Curley’s body fell onto Rooy’s.

The other walkers continued on, without collie Parker, Curley white, and Rooy Royal.
