Lewis Mine | NY
Boston Mine | Southfields, NY
Pine Swamp Mine | Harriman State Park | NY
By far my favorite part of Harriman that I’ve explored thus far. The adit of this mine must have been at least 60-70 feet tall and 20 feet wide. After an hour or so exploring in and around the adit, I tried to make my way up to the openings at the back of the mine, only to find fallen trees and brush completely blocking the way.

Storm King State Park | Cornwall, NY
Took an afternoon drive with no real destination in mind. Ended up in Cornwall, NY. pulled off of Route 9 and ended up hiking Storm King Mountain. Totally unplanned, but this was definitely a fun hike. I’m officially sick of summer and ready for fall.
Bryce Canyon | Bryce Canyon National Park | UT
Flew out west in late July 2017 to visit a few parks. These photos were taken in a short stint while I was in Bryce. The geography of the area really blew me away. My brother and I, like so many others, Made the hike from the top, down to the bottom of the canyon. I can’t wait to go back for a proper camping trip.
Bradley Mine | Harriman State Park | NY
This is the first mine I’ve visited in Harriman. As soon as I entered the small corridor, the temperature dropped drastically and felt like I had just entered an air-conditioned room. The graffiti is a little disheartening, but this was a very cool spot nonetheless, and I’ll definitely be seeking out more of these in Harriman in the near future.
