Having a very stoic and unemotional F/O can come off to others as being distant and uncaring.........
But you know all their little tells that say otherwise........
When you're alone together, they're happy to cover you in kisses and tell you how important you are to them or how much they love you..... They're also so charmingly demanding of your attention and touch, laying beside you in bed or following you room to room as you go about your day like a lovesick puppy. They always want to be touching or holding you in some way, and they will drag you into their lap or awaiting arms anytime you stop moving for too long.
And even those times when they don't say so in so many words, their hugs and kisses and constant loving presence and thoughtful gestures speak volumes for you.
After all, to you and you alone, they're loving and darling and so kind and caring to you, but in public...... they have a rock hard persona they need to put on for the position they're in or the job they must uphold and you understand their plight.
Even so, as the version of themself that everyone else but you sees, your F/O will pass you these half-lidded, dreamy eyes whenever conversation lulls and you can tell they would just rather be sitting right beside you or with their head on your lap and your fingers running through their hair....... or cuddling with you and kissing you to the stars and back.
Or, when walking, they'll manage to hook a pinkie to yours and walk, not necessarily hand-in-hand, but still connected together side by side........
They'll still find time when you're alone to scoop you away into their office or a dark storage area or alleyway to smother you in affections and kisses that will keep them strong for the next few hours of their work.
Those who are closest to you two understand just how loyal and dedicated you are to each other, but all these little gestures seem too small and uncaring to anyone else learns the two of you are an item together..... but it's the fact they still stay close by your side and allow themselves all these sweet, important actions to you, even with their important duties on the line... you understand just how much your F/ao treasures you~
Either way, whether at home or out in public, your F/O finds their own unique ways to show you love and, no matter what anyone else says, you know they adore you more than anything in the world~~~~~~ 🔪🥀✨️
