Early Mornings -- Davards
Calum peeked an eye open as he didn’t hear the sound of Collin’s footsteps anymore, so catch him leaning against the doorframe watching him intently. He just smirked at Collin, popping his head up as he heard his question. “A million dollars, self made croissants, Cara Delevingne, actual talent so that when this YouTube thing doesn’t work out I can actually find a job,” Calum muttered, biting down onto his lower lip as he thought about the options leaving his lips.
Calum groaned as he felt Collin poke his cheek, yet forced himself to get up once he was gone. He sat up straight on the bed, hearing the sounds from the kitchen in the background as he looked around the sheets for the remote. It was a struggle, but after five minutes of looking he had finally found the remote and started up Netflix. He sat up against the back of the bed as he tried to search for Plain Jane episodes as Collin came into the room. “Not yet,” he murmured, sticking his tongue out in concentration as he tried typing the show’s name on the remote. “Stupid thing.” He sighed, yet finally hit the enter button and selected some random episode he wanted to watch, before grabbing the plate from Collin’s hands. “Thank you,” he said, letting his body lean into Collin as he popped a bite of the pancakes into his mouth. ”This is not even bad,” he commented, grinning as he turned up the volume of the television. He tangled their legs together as they always did when they cuddled, as he wanted Collin’s body closer to him again.
Collin rolled his eyes as he carefully listened to Calum's words. Although Calum would deny it, he himself saw many talents in the cheeky curly haired boy. However, he couldn't deny that Calum was wrong, knowing that there would be a day that their small adventure would end and both not having any proper education would make it hard to get a proper job. "Maybe become famous, get your ass on tv-- who knows." Collin mumbled, taking the pancakes out of the microwave, almost burning his fingers and swearing out load with a thick accent. "I still don't fuckin' get what you see in that girl though. She has no personality or whatsoever and her eyebrows are fuckin' hideous, mate." The tall boy continued talking, maybe there was some jealousy in there, scared that if the two ever really did become famous thanks to their career on YouTube, they would seperate ways because of how different they could be sometimes.
As Collin let himself fall back on the bed, he focused his eyes on the television, frowning a little. Never had he really paid much attention to the lame shows that Calum watched daily, thought Plain Jane or whatever the name was, was stupid, but every single time Calum seemed to get Collin that far again that he would watch episode after episode. "I thought you were a computer geek, Davies, being able to edit high quality videos and gettin' them to millions of views, but not bein' able to type in the name of some stupid show? Lame." Collin grinned, stretching his arms a little as he took the mug that was set on the plate in his hands, taking a sip of the tea. When Calum scooched over, Collin shrugged his shoulders, his eyes focused on the place as they moved over to the curly boy, fingers wandering over the boys arm. "Don't ya ever underestimate the power of the microwave, hmm?" He chuckled, "or maybe it's just because m'like, the best cook of New-Zealand.. that could definitely be a thing too, m'just sayin'." Collin continued talking, watching the movements on the tv, not even listening to what they were saying, his mind more busy with his and Calum's tangled feet, a yawn leaving his mouth as he leaned his head against the one of younger boy.
