BMW Officially Launches Carbon-Fiber i3

In what will likely be the first mass produced car with a carbon-fiber body structure to hit showrooms, BMW officially announced the launch of the i3 on Monday, an electric car that makes unprecedented use of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics (CFRP).
