Physical therapy is paying off big time. I’m starting to feel great again. Almost pain free. Perspective in life is so important. I trained stupidly when I was younger. Recklessly exercising I gained multiple injuries. I became depressed. Once you have pain like that your only goal is to be pain free. Your health is the foundation for everything else! —La fisioterapia está dando buenos resultados. Estoy empezando a sentirme bien de nuevo. Casi sin dolor. La perspectiva en la vida es muy importante. Me entrené estúpidamente cuando era más joven. Imprudentemente haciendo ejercicio, gané múltiples lesiones. Some excellent drills for hand-eye coordination if you want to improve something while at rest or injured. Hand-eye coordination translates to multiple uses in other sports and life in general. Your eyes determine where every limb is in a 3-dimensional space so from striking an opponent in boxing, catching a ball in the air, to being able to concentrate more (reading) it’s a fun and extremely rewarding drill.
